Best Stay in a Long, European Tour

Posted Nov 28, 2016 on Hotels
This might be the best value for elegance, price, location, and modern comforts of what is, by now, already a very extensive European grand tour. There is a spectacular view of the snowcapped Alps from the 3rd-floor breakfast room. It was located right off the Piazza Galimberti and an endless selection of store, restaurants, bars, and cafes. The staff were truly warm and ready to assist. I'll definitely come back as soon as I can.

A Brilliant location, just next to the main square

Posted Sep 17, 2016
Pros: Excellent hotel, lovely helpful staff. Large room, comfortable beds, big white towels. Good, inviting breakfast - home cooked food.
Cons: The parking. The access is awful and we had to wait for nearly 20 mins to get our car out.

Holiday away from tourist, small cities.

Posted Apr 25, 2016
Pros: Central located, clean, modern rooms. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly.
Cons: Not sure, had a great time.
Location: The main piazza Galimberti, central of the town.
Cuneo, Piemonte is a small town city, everyone knows each other. Some do not lock bikes! Safe, friendly, nice place to visit. Good food and wine. Many towns within a train ride away.

Cuneo on your doorstep

Posted Sep 19, 2015
Pros: Position, helpful staff.
Location: There's not a lot to do in Cuneo but a stroll along the very extensive covered walkways with interesting cafes is a pleasure.
Close to the main piazza and to the produce market, the hotel is well positioned and easy to find. The staff bend over backwards to be helpful and it's nice to have some hotel parking albeit at a moderate charge. The wifi is free and works okay but sometimes slowly. Breakfast was copious and varied.

Vetry convenient situation off the main square

Posted Sep 14, 2015
Pros: Room very modern and minimalist but comfortable and quiet in spite of being opposite the market. Superb buffet breakfast.
Cons: Public rooms could be made more welcoming and the bar facility more obvious.
Location: Famous market, good shops on Via Roma and lots of nearby restaurants.
Visited Cuneo to see the famous market on Tuesdays. Vegetable market is right opposite the hotel entrance and the street market starts there too. Main situation for the market is the nearby main square and the Vis Roma.
