Overall, we like this hotel. Relatively new, great location, good size rooms, and friendly staff. This time, we had an issue that was not properly handled and later on addressed by the manager.
We arrived at midnight. It took 50 min for the check-in staff to struggle with the system to check us in and issue cards. Eventually, he couldn't do that and took us to our rooms himself. Then he made it his mission to issue us cards and deliver it in person no matter when. The first card was issued at 1:10am and although we asked him not to disturb us and put the "do not disturb sign on", he knocked on our door to wake us up and deliver the second key! Overall, this is not reflective of the entire hotel but the hotel manager promised us to follow through and e-mail us but it didn't happen and that's more disappointing.
