Coffee

This hotel was perfect except for one thing ... the coffee option ... there is none other than a not good coffee maker that didn’t work . I would gladly give up the wine happy hour for fresh coffee in the morning !!

Front desk negativity

Again... because I purchased the room from Expedia I was treated like a 3rd class cittizen. Front desk told me I had to pay extra to upgrade or wait till 3:00. SO NEGATIVE! If it was not for Katie the manager I would have left. She help me navigate. Why can't the people at the front desk at least smile? Hotel is georgous... front desk needs some personality.

Windows not open Two inches would have been enough I wouldn't stay again because I need my morning fresh air!

Thanks for your comments. While our windows do not open, as is typical in most new hotels, our system does bring fresh air into the rooms to keep things fresh.
