Horrible business ethics
I booked a weekly stay but had to cancel the booking the next day (24h in advance). I wouldn’t mind paying a daily rate as penalty but the manager decided to charge me the whole week.

Ok but needs work
The hotel is fine as long as you only plan to use it as a place to sleep. HCP is an old hotel and unfortunately it shows in the outdated and rundown look of the place. The breakfast is plentiful and flavor-wise, I would rank it as edible. Again, it's fine if you are the kind of person that doesn't spend a lot of time in your room. I am that kind of person but, having said that, I would not choose to stay there again.

Of the pictures is very different of the rooms. Is very old roms. Location is bad staying at street that have a lot of Scorts.

Location is not the best in the area, its in the downtown area, very busy and noisy at night. Rooms were clean and simple. Not a place I would want to return to.

Run down hotel trying hard to be a wannabe!
For the price I paid - about hundred dollars - not really worth it. A fair price would be fifty dollars. I guess the town is in need of more modern hotels. The hotel has seen far better days and needs a major upgrade. Breakfast is a bit dull - not even orange juice which seems standard everywhere. Scrambled eggs are poorly made - no taste no spices. Hotel needs complete overhaul to worth the price.

Don't get there late
We arrived there late about 11pm. They gave me room 403. .I paid a lot per night to stay in this hotel during the World Cup. I stayed 3 nights and no toilet for the 1st two days!, I had to go to their lobby!! They promise to take care of it. They never fixed till our last day of our stay. The only good part of the place was their beds. At least I got a good sleep. I will never stay there again.

Caravelle Palace Hotel in Curitiba
We stayed one night, then moved to an acceptable hotel. The neighborhood was terrible, and in the middle of the night the 'working girls' were in the hotel making noise next door, in the hallway and upstairs. It was disgusting!!!

O hotel é bem localizado, no Centro de Curitiba. O ambiente é antigo, mas o preço compensa e o café da manhã é bom. Poderiam dar uma reformada, principalmente nos banheiros. A cama é confortável. Falta uma tv a cabo ou streaming.

Hotel velho e ar condicionado antigo e quebrado
Hotel com aparência de velho, o quarto que disponibilizaram com ar condicionado quebrado, uma porta separando de outro quarto e escuta a TV e vozes do vizinho. Localização excelente, preço bom. Não pedir para mudar de quarto pq fiquei apenas 2 noites! Hotel precisa trocar os eletrodomésticos velhos e quebrados o hóspedes não merecem!

Reservamos 3 quartos... quando chegamos um dos quartos nao funcionava o ar condicionado e os outros dois o vaso sanitario nao funcionava... trocaram vossos quartos na segunda noite e um dos novos quartos nao funcionava o ar condicionado tambem... iamos trocar de quartos novamente quando tivemos um problema eletrico com uma das tomadas NÃO IDENTIFICADAS 220V e queimamos um aparelho eletrico e a gerencia não quis se responsabilizar... e saimos dois dias antes do praso... uma pessima experiência eM um PESSIMO HOTEL... NAO RECOMENDO

Acomodações bem antigas, camas deixaram a desejar, sem refrigerantes a venda(no dia que fui), frigobar vazio. Alem disso, para comprar agua (que era oque tinha), precisava descer e buscar na recepção do hotel, apenas uma tomada nos quartos (inclusive o de três camas que eu estava), sem bancada para notebooks. para um Hotel que se diz 4 etrelas deixou a desejar na minha opnião

Paguei por um quarto com cama de casal e 1 de solteiro, cheguei no hotel e me disponibilizaram q quarto com 3 camas de solteiro, porque falaram que não tinham a opção. Mas fiz a reserva... Outro ponto: quarto com ar condicionado estragado, tivemos que pedir para trocar de apartamento. Banheiro sem água quente no chuveiro, quarto com mofo pelas paredes e cheiro forte.
