Very friendly and welcoming staff

We were made to feel welcome from the first moment we arrived, well actually before we arrived as they arranged for a pick up from the airport. They have excellent knowledge of the Cisco and surrounding area and suggested activities for us to enjoy (both free and to pay for). They were able to act as a tour operator for many tours available , we had already pre-arranged these but would have no hesitation to recommend that any other visitor take up their offers.

Great stay except the lack of wifi

Liked the breakfasts here - (good) coffee, eggs, fresh juice. The staff were always lovely. Nice outdoor courtyard, rooms were comfortable and the showers were hot and strong in both rooms we stayed in. The main negative for us was the lack of wifi. We had no wifi for our first 3 days, ended up asking to change rooms so had it for the next 2 days, then had none for 2 days again. We were always told someone was coming to fix it but this seemed to take forever. Ok location not too far from the centre. It wasn't perfect but really, it was great value for money and if you're not too fussy about wifi then its a highly recommended stay.

Absolutely amazing, will definitely stay again. Super clean, super nice staff. For $20 a night I got a whole mini apartment complete with stove, pots, fridge, and private bathroom. Love it. Neighborhood isn't anything special but it's not too far of a walk to more restaurants and tourist areas.

Comfortable Stay!

Great time- very accommodating. Must pay cash, Soles or USD no credit. Always willing to work with our needs- late check ins, baggage hold, extra person. A 20-30 minute walk to the main plaza, so a little out of the way, but we did not mind.

Pay at hotel

This is the best value you can get in Cusco but there is a confusion that hotel will ask you to pay there. To my understanding, I have paid through Expedia but I will find out later that I have been double charged or not

Nice Hotel, Owner Mercedes is a nice lady. She arranged our Machu Pichu tour for a decent price. Hotel is in good location. Our room was a bit dirty with broken walls. Overall, nice hotel

Pros: Laid back atmosphere, but highly efficient
Cons: It's great the way it is
Location: About ten to fifteen minutes interesting walk to the center of Cusco, the hotel is in a convenient location. There are plenty of shops and restaurants
Exceedingly friendly helpful owner and staff, who went out of their way to make us welcome. They also gave assistance with arranging taxis and other transportation at very reasonable rates.

very simple place, nice staff

Pros: Nice staff
Cons: Heated water in shower and heat in room.
Location: Good location.
The place is clean with nice staff but chilly and didnt get hot water in shower, more of a low cost hostal then anything.
