This is a beautiful 5 star hotel. Everything is top notch and the staff were exceptional. There is nothing not to rave about!

Pagamos cerca de $500.00dlls por noche con una cama Kong size y nos dieron una cama de menor tamaño el cuarto chico y después de quejarnos y ver otras habitaciones nos dieron según ellos la suite presidencial que estaba más o menos. Tiene buena localizacion por fuera se ve bastante agradable. El comedor bien

Malos cuartos, bonito monumento histórico

Precioso monumento histórico pero por el precio las habitaciones dejan mucho que desear incluso después de habernos cambiado a un cuarto el doble de grande pues en el que nos dieron primero apenas cabía la cama.

Como sabemos, Belmond Hotel Monasterio es un edificio original del siglo XVI y patrimonio cultural, lo cual no permite hacer modificaciones para obtener habitaciones con mayor tamaño en algunas categorías. Monasterio in Cusco

Pros: The history behind it.
Cons: Have the staff ease up and be more accommodating and friendly...
Location: Close to the center of Cusco and many activities.
This is a beautiful hotel...an old monastery, with beautiful gardens, good quality food, and comfortable rooms. The one drawback was that we felt the staff was uncomfortably stuffy. We stayed at another hotel also in Cusco and found the staff much more accommodating, pleasant and helpful.

Outstanding hotel

A truly outstanding hotel. Everything about it was perfect. You should particularly try the Pisco Sour making course at the bar!

Awesome stay!

We were spoiled from the moment we walked in. The service, room (especially the fantastic rainfall shower), and food were all exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel.
