Great locationPosted Nov 10, 2015
Very friendly and accommodating staff. Left some luggage while i went on a 5 day trek to Machu Picchu. Location is close to the older part of town with nice town squares near by.

Hotel in great location, rooms neat and clean, great restaurant . Staff was good, Walter was excellent bellman and very helpful Biggest struggle was treal ting to cordinate their shuttle for the five of us. Only used it when we got picked up. Stored our bags while hiking the trail, no issues Would certainly stay there again

Spend more for a city view.Posted Sep 12, 2015
Pros: I enjoyed the free Coca Leaf tea. It makes a difference despite what you may read online.
Cons: The standard singles are very small by North American standards. Also the standard rooms have safes with keys and there is a $70 fee if lost.
Location: The location was excellent. It was an easy and short walk to the main square.
I was shown to my "standard single" as booked on Expedia. Having spent the last few nights in a spacious room in Lima, I was disappointed by the small single room overlooking a wall of air conditioning units. When I requested a different room, the front desk clerk advised me to speak with his boss in the morning. For an extra $30 per night, I was offered a double room with city view. This made a world of difference. The room was large and had high wood ceilings. The view of the city & main square was excellent. The staff at this hotel are very professional and the food is very good. My upgraded room was so nice that I decided to stay in and order room service every evening after my daily tours.

Excelente localização, perto da Plaza de Armas, restaurantes, bares e lojas. O hotel era exatamente como apresentado nas fotos e o serviço de limpeza também foi excelente. Recomendo.

Good hotel close to the PlazaPosted Aug 19, 2015
The hotel is in a really good location, breakfast is good and the staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel itself has really nice decor but the rooms are pretty basic which makes me feel that this hotel is very overpriced. I stayed in much nicer rooms in Cusco for a lot less!
