very pretty

Pros: It is beautiful.
Location: There is not much to do outside the resort but it is worth staying there the ambiance is great.
Very good experience. The staff was very accommodating, they made our 6 month old baby food.

Beautiful grounds in peaceful setting

Pros: large rooms and beautiful gardens Also at lower altitude than Cusco so no altitude sickness.
Cons: I really like air conditioning which we did not see in our room .
Location: In Sacred Valley with easy access to Urubamba and Pisac .
large comfortables rooms, excellent rerstaurant on site,very good service. Only thing we did not see was air conditioning ,although the evenings were so cool that we did not neede it in May 2016 . Overall rating very good, staff excellent,facilities very good,cleanliness excellent and comfort excellent.

Nice Rustic Hotel beautiful surroundings

Comfortable rustic hotel in Urubamba Valley. Pretty gardens and surroundings. A few miles from town . Restaurant food can be improved if you are eating at hotel .

Lovely Hotel with Great views but short on sleep

Pros: The front desk service was excellent
Cons: Fix the noise issues
Location: There is Moray and Maras nearby worth a look
The Hotel was lovely to look at in a great location great views but the flooring on the second story is overdue for replacing and you can hear people in other rooms or on balconies awoken at 0330 hours by people leaving for excursions two mornings in a row

Beautiful hotel close to machu pichu

The grounds of this hotel are spectacular. Amazing rustic gardens full of flowers, fruit trees and sorrounded by mountains. To the right a great river that will lead you to incan ruins. The only conplaint was a little mildew between ttiles in bathroom.

Ao chegar fui cobrada da cama extra , 40 dolares ao dia , por ser organizada tinha em maos o comprovante que js havia pago ... So depois de uma boa conversa e analise do meu comprovante , a recepcionista concordou wue estava errada .... O mesmo aconteceu na ceia de natal ... Me cobraram a taca de vinho que ja estava incluso na ceia , alegando que eu so tinha direito a campagne ... So retirou porque guardei o papel do cardapio onde dizia : wine or campagne .... Muito desgaste para ferias ... Se eu nao tivesse provas teria pago dobrado pela cama e pelo vinho
