"The spot was cozy and had all the essentials for our weekend trip to Miami. As the posting shared the street is really active, so just prepare for that. We loved how walkable the neighborhood is, it so was close to the beach and they had beach towels for us to use. I would definitely stay here again, I highly recommend it!"

"It was a great location and the staff that worked at Midtown was very nice and helpful. However, if you can find a room in this same building, but from a different renter/owner, I would. Jay was not very responsive. At times wouldn't respond at all to my questions. The key to the building and elevator wouldn't work and so you always had to ask the front desk to get you to where you needed to go. I would say this unit sleeps 5 and not the 6 it states. The couch bed could fit two kids, but not two...

"Beautiful property with great finishes. This property offers everything we needed for 3 nights in Miami. We had a car so it centrally located allowing us in and out day trips as needed. We would certainly stay here again. "

"I cannot say enough about the location, the host and of course the onsite manager Helena. The location is perfect for anyone looking for a quick walk to the beach or access to shopping or nightlife. Helena is an incredible onsite manager. Quick to respond, attentive upon arrival, and incredibly friendly. Our host also checked in with us to see how our stay was and to ask if we needed anything, which is always nice. The one piece of advice I would give anyone staying is to venture off Ocean Drive...

"The apartment itself is just fine, but you don't want to spend too much time inside when you are right on the beach! It's steps away from an awesome bike/toe path and the beach, with complementary chairs and umbrella, and it's also walking distance to many shops and restaurants. So the location had everything we wanted. The apartment was small but serviceable, though had some oddities, like a misplaced TV to the side of the couch, which made it unusable for the movie nights we had planned with...

"Check-in process was a little odd since the front desk at the residence doesn’t check you in, but a third party does. However, once you figure out who you need to talk to, it was very smooth. The valet supervisor in the morning (sadly forget his name) was incredibly kind and helpful—definitely made the 50-a-night parking, if you use the service, worth it.One downside was that the pool closed at 7 PM, which was a bit disappointing since the sun was still up, and it would have been nice to enjoy...
