"Didn’t get towels until we asked for them 3 times, Rooms were dirty mainly the bathrooms , food was not the best but also not the worst.. pool is too small for the sizes of the hotel, bars did not open until after 11am and drinks where not that good.. night shows were good.. interteinment during the days was so so… overl all expensive for what we got.."

"The person from the front desk was very rude and feels like the owner from the hotel, no want to give me another towel for my hair claiming that was one towel per person even though I stay in a bedroom for 4. Then when check in she didn’t gave us the keys activated and make us to go to the line like just new clients. "
