Do NOT waste your time!!!

Came for a late check-in (4:00am) after a 7 hour drive. The front desk clerk was no where to be found. I waited for an hour & no one attended to me. Canceled my reservation & asked for a FULL refund!

Close to work!

The Gentlemen that was working the Front desk was EXCELLENT at greeting me upon arrival; struck up conversation to show interest and offered to bring whatever I need to my room! Great experience at the Hotel! Man I wish I would of payed attention to his name!

I book this hotel because it had a kitchen but to find out there is no pots/pans and utensils to cook with. Room had a funny smell as we entered the room. There was no housekeeping service. Had to pick up towels and toilet paper at the front desk.

Even though the room had a kitchenette there was absolutely nothing in the kitchen. No dishes, pans, utensils etc. only a small kitchen towel. No extra blanket, pillow. Bare bones. Thin blanket and bedspread. Not warm enough. Only three pillows on bed that were small not even standard size. Towels were thin. The minimal was provided in bathroom: one bar of soap and one sample bottle of shampoo. That is it. Hairdryer had black makeup smeared on it. Couldn’t sleep until Drag racing stopped. We were told by locals that this street is known for drag racing. Heard police siren. Hallway smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Front desk help were friendly and the best part of our stay.
