“It's hardly a 5 star hotel. Staff understanding of English is poor and their service attitude is not consistent across all staff. To claim 5 star status they need to take a long hard look at a real 5 star property and bring staff and amenities up to standard. Too many bus tour groups downgrade the experience. The buffet breakfast room is a very noisy cafeteria style environment so much so my wife refused to eat there again. Fortunately we discovered another far more comfortable breakfast place……
