It was good value for the price paid. Rooms were large and bed was comfortable.

ベトナムでは、比較的フレンドリーな対応が多いがこちらは流れ作業。チェックイン時間も受付がいない。声をかけると、隣の部屋で寝ていた。 部屋は、他者も書いているが丸を描くような掃除なので端の方には、長い髪の毛や色々なゴミがたまっている。ベッドサイドも同様。 Please do not disturbのランプを点灯させてもお構いない。連日、朝8:30にチャイムをならされルームクリーニングに回って来る。以降、連絡を入れないと掃除、タオル交換されないと思われる。 spaは男向け。 チェックアウトはエクスペディアで12時とあるが11時を過ぎた位には、チェックアウトは10時と電話が来て追い出された。 ビジネス利用だったからいいものの、リゾート気分で泊まるところではない。他にも安くていいところはあるので、そちらをすすめる。

Hotel centre ville bien situé. Chambres très spacieuses particulièrement celles qui offrent une vue sur la ville. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

저렴하고 깨끗하고 넓은 방

위치는 용다리 및 다낭 성당 등에 걸어서 접근할 수 있습니다. 다낭 성당까지 천천히 걸어서 8분정도 걸렸네요. 객실은 깨끗했고, 방도 넓었습니다. 가장 저렴한 방을 예약했는데, 더블침대와 싱글침대가 같이 있었습니다. 창문으로 바라보는 용다리와 한강 야경도 좋았습니다. 아침 조식도 먹을만하였습니다. 체크인할때 여권을 맡아놓는데, 체크아웃할 때 꼭 찾아가세요~~ 호텔직원이 여권 돌려주는 걸 잊기도 합니다.

My worth experience in an hotel in vietnam. The hotel is really old, the room was really dirty! The sink was blocked, shower curtain... no words, no hot water at all and no pressure, bathroom dirty, towels suspicious, floor and furniture dusty, my feet were dark in two minutes. Even the big window was dirty. Constructions in the room next to mine, beginning in the morning, finishing at 7 pm. The remote control was closing with sellotape! The fridge was dirty inside and the breakfast is in a gloomy place, coffee horrible. Vietnamese style, ok for the food but nearly no more after 7 am. I even ask myself how it's possible that Expedia could reference this hotel!

お部屋の掃除が粗雑で埃がたまっていた タオルもボロボロで部屋の明かりが暗い 朝食は食べるものが無く、蝿と虫がブンブン飛んでいてそれを追い払う為の扇風機が食べるものをガサガサにしてしまう メニューもとても数が少ない

This hotel has a small number of comments here but don't be afraid. That's a good hotel in a relatively new relatively high building (you may get your own view deck for no additional fees). Most of cheaper options situate in God forsaken places or in comparatively old buildings prone to problems with water supply, canalization, smells and insects. By the way, if the beach is not your goal, avoid hotels which are out of the city center because of problematic transportation and lack of infrastructure and services, it's also quite likely that you may find yourself on in the middle of a construction site there -- a lot of development projects are in progress along the coast. Breakfast was a mixed bag: hotels in the city depend on groups of organized tourists, mostly Koreans, and if no such a group, the hotel may be almost empty, and in this case they prepare very basic meal. Else the buffet breakfast is very good, much better than you could expect in a 3-star hotel. Front desk staff speaks good enough English and very helpful. Internet (WiFi only) was somewhat lousy, but suitable for simple browsing.
