Nice Beach/ OK Room/ Bad Breakfast

Hotel belong to nice private sandy beach. The concept / lay out of the hotel is good but individual room itself is just ok ,not the first grade. Breakfast is bad, tasteless . Have dealt with front office/ housekeeping/ maintenance and room service staff.. quality of staff is average and too slow...

Close to beach

Great hotel a few tweaks and this can definitely be 5* . Need new sun beds or repair those on beach. Pool and beach drinks/food waiter service 24/7 rugby on TV at beach bar a little boaring Proper slippers in room or new flip flops not used ones. Staff were some of the best we have been privileged to meet nothing was to much trouble. Shame we did not see the new restaurants but would certainly come back to this hotel if I'm area.

Close to the beach but it's not clean enough.

The hotel facilities are good, hotel staffs are nice, but the beach needs to maintain to be a good place to go and stay. We stayed in premium suite for 2 nights, the hotel room is good. But the beach status really disappointed us.

The beach cleaning is carried out at 6am everyday, but sometimes the work would be affected by the bad weather. Great place. Too bad it was raining the whole time. Will go back again during the sunnier season.

No roof from Lobby to the room

it's not convenience to walk from Lobby to the room as no roof to protect you from the rain..

As a beachfront resort, we would like to invite our guests enjoy breathtaking sea views while being steeped in 72 acres resort, full of gardens and pine trees. We believe our guests could savour the great overlooking to the blue sea, under the shadow of the pine trees wherever they are seating amongst the lust garden without any visual restrictions like the roof. To protect the guests from the rain, we offer the buggies as the carrier between rooms and lobby. Also a couple of umbrellas is always provided in rooms in case the guests need to use. No way 4 star

no shampoo and no extra slippers after c/in although we were 2 people. second night we woke up twice mid night due to electricity cut and electricity main switch in the room had a huge noise . somebody came and fix it. 30 minutes later again .. the room was old as well.
