Out of our whole Vietnam trip, this hotel was definitely our favourite. The beds were extremely comfortable and made us feel like we were in our own bedrooms. The food was splendid, with endless choices for breakfast. The staff were so friendly and helpful, always making conversations with us and making us feel very welcomed. Not a single staff made us feel un-welcomed, they were all equally really kind. Neatness is one of our top priority, and this hotel definitely ticked all the boxes. Honestly wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Wonderful stay here with my partner. The hotel is clean, well kept, great staff. The shuttle to and from hoi an city is just great. The rental bikes are a bonus, my partner & I loved biking around the city. The breakfast buffet was insane and just so many option to choose from. Thank you rosemary for taking such great care of us.

Hotel is amazing, beautiful decor, clean, great service.. breakfast is decent considering its Hoi An.. my daughter slipped and hurt herself in the pool because of slippery tiles they use have razor sharp edges, becareful. Ordered a cocktail and within 2 sips a fly fell in, they didn't seem to care at all - must be the norm here.. be vigilant with your food peeps. Was hard to catch a taxi back to hotel from old town cause the trip was too short (2kms), only about 40k VND.. overall a good stay.. I won't be back to Hoi An though- overpriced, overcrowded, tourist trap with scammers about.

I loved this hotel, The hotel is elegant and classy and not trying to be flashy. The staff are lovely and the food is great. The hotel is extremely clean and the attention to detail impeccable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel looks nice and it's clean. The staff is really nice and wonderful but it's near a construction site and its noise from 8 in the morning. The hotel is also renovating the roof top. the biggest complaint comes from pool. there is a lot of children and people using it but it's to close to the rooms so it's not possible to sleep from 6 in 5he morning.

We loved staying here. Great location and staff. The hotel prices for transportation were much higher than what you can get for a taxi, but that's our only complaint. Make sure you take a bicycle ride around town!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and the staff made me feel so welcomed especially Mia from reception she remembered my name and made me feel special. I can’t say enough about this hotel. The room and the staff were both wonderful. The pool is great. It’s a quick bike ride into old town Hoi An but just far enough that it is quiet and calm on the street near the hotel. I had an excellent massage and they helped me book a trip to Cham Islands. If I return to Hoi An I will stay here again, and I recommend that you do stay here as well!

Rosemary hotel experience was great. Staffs were very nice and friendly. Hotel was very clean and breakfast was good enough amazing shuttle bus service to go to old town and AnBang beach. Because this reasoning I would highly recommend and I would stay here again!

Loved our stay at Hoi An Rosemary Boutique Hotel. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean and very pretty. For the price we paid, we were amazed by the loveliness of the rooms which far exceeded our expectations. Great value for money. The breakfast buffet spread was generous. Slightly away from the Old Quarter but they do have a free shuttle (every 2 hours or so) which is just a 5-7 minute ride away from the city centre (they also have bicycles available). I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.
