Class act resort in Danang.

Pros: Prompt attention of restaurant and guest services personnel. The resort prides itself in providing making guests comfortable as the standard.
Cons: English comprehension skills of some of the staff.
Location: Hoi An, downtown Dang (Ava Chocolate, Le Bambino French Restaurant, VinCom Mall.
From the GM Chris on down everyone (I wish I could remember all the names of key personnel that helped us in guest services and the restaurant) worked to make our 15 day stay a wonderful experience. All areas (restaurant, front desk, guest services and bell captain had personnel that knew how to handle unique situations and requests. Through no fault of the resort the weather did not cooperate (rain many days) but even during those days the resort worked to keep us content (umbrellas everywhere when needed, free gym and sauna. I would really like to visit the Pullman in June when it is hotter and the water calm.

My flight is really late 3 am I arrive at hotel, but the reception is very nice, clearly explain to me everything even recommend me to upgrade to a better room, thank you so much, I pay all the deposit included the upgrade charges that time. But the next day morning while I need to change the upgarde room , there is another receptionist called Loc , she insist I need to pay another deposite for the upgrade room, I do not have any problem with it , if she have a nice and polite attitude , or explain me why I need to pay extra , but none of this from her. Bad experience ,will tell me friend not to stay here actually. not because of this girl, I try to order room service at room, first night no one pick up the phone, I do understand it 3 am ,but room service suppose 24 hours , second night call them they say food in the menu is not available . Very Bad.

I have personally shared your comments with our management team and we are taking serious corrective actions to assure a constant level of excellence in our service and communication. With regards to the room service you have experience, you are totally correct. Our room service is 24 hours. For your information, our in- room menu, some of the dishes will be not available after 23:00. We have indicate on the menu what dishes is available for 24 hour with the symbol beside the item. Nonetheless our staff should have explained to you, instead of informing that it is not available. Once again, please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. Nice beach resort in Danang

Pros: Very sweet welcoming arrangement - free upgrade, surprise birthday gifts and free drinks. Great that we can walk to the beach from room. Breakfast buffet with a lot of varieties to choose, especially coconut ice cream & fresh fruits. Staff very friendly and helpful
Cons: I'm accors member & expect to have late check out but turn out only offer 30 minutes later check out (from 12 noon to 12:30pm) which I've never experienced before in a 5 star hotel. Quite disappointed & shocked
Location: Location located on the beach & next to other good beach resorts (furama & crowns) which have casinos. Many massage shops nearby

Couldn't have picked a nicer place!

Pros: Location on the beach, our room, the entire staff, the pool area, and the spa.
Great resort! Had the Jr Suite and would stay there again in a second. Well worth it. Staff were all top notch and we were treated like royalty by everyone. A shout out to our new friend Tra, who served us for 4 days in the lobby bar. She was superb and now feels like family. Also would like to mention Thom who runs the concierge desk. She was invaluable in her help in numerous ways and always with a smile. Loved the room, the facilities, great beach location, great pool area right on the beach, and a great spa as well.

Pros: The staff are outstanding in customer service
Cons: Difficult to think of anything
Location: On the beach . Free shuttle bus from the hotel to Hoi An
