3박하는데 화장실 냄새가 계속 났어요. 방을 바꿔준다고 하셨는데 비즈니스로 간거라 방 옮기고 할 정신이 없어서 그냥 지내다 왔습니다. 청소하고 약품 쓰는건 임시방편이고 시간 지나면 계속 냄새가 올라오는거 보니 근본적인 원인을 찾아 조치를 취하셔야할 것 같습니다.

The room conditions are too old, not ergonomic, poor condition, badly maintained, and so forth. No electric outlet near to the bed. Lights are out of order. no shower door. small TV, no USB outlet. it is the 1950s facility. It is too expensive considering the condition.

I stayed here in June 2019. The hotel lobby was nice but the rooms were outdated. The advertisement on its website did not reflect the true condition of the hotel. Location was not great. It's far from downtown Daegu and metro station.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel. I had to visit Daegu for work and this was my only option. The first thing that really upset me was half of the outlet plugs didn’t work. The next issue was the bed was extremely hard and felt like you were sleeping on a rock. And to top it all off the hard wood floor seemed to have collected a lot of dirt and disgusting particles from the previous people who stayed there. Also the shower water was very harsh and had a lot of metals in it. So my skin got extremely dry. Not to mention the room air conditioning wouldn’t get colder than 74 degrees Celsius. I really disliked my stay at this hotel and would highly recommend not going here.

The staff was very friendly and fast with the check-in process. Lobby was very clean and very impressive and fancy looking. But that's where the good ended. Room was very dirty. A lot of trash under the bed. Mold in shower and near the sink. AC didn't work very well.

I did not like anything about this property other than the staff at check in were very kind. This place is very deceiving and looks super fancy and clean but the rooms are dumpy and outdated. Holes in towels, disgusting hard water with tons of chlorine which burns the eyes (can not imagine the rust build up inside of the pipes), evidence on shower heads show how nasty it is, carpets horribly stained and outdated by many years. I can see if someone stays there maybe one night for ease of a convention but I rather stay in the City Center and Taxi it in. Would not recommend or stay here again. Many of the said, things on their Brochures don’t even exist. Example: there is no dinner buffet etc...This is a bare minimum facility with ease of the Convention Center with a convenient store and over priced coffee shop inside.

Good Night’s sleep
Clean and quiet room. Easy access by car. Neat business hotel. Not many exta facilities, but a convenience store in the lobby had everything. I just needed a place to stay for the night as I did not want to drive back late at night. Got a good rest.

Poor quality hotel advertised as +4 star.
We booked a weekend away at this hotel during the summer, hoping to use the pool and enjoy our hotel room as a 'get-away'. However, The rooms were outdated and unwelcoming and the pool was under maintenance- bear in mind that it was summer. The pool maintenance was NOT advertised on booking.com's website. Additionally, the breakfast quality was poor. We had to notify the waiters 2 times that certain dishes were finished and that they had to refill. Upon refilling, they refilled with frozen products and we had to sit and wait for them to defrost. This hotel is advertised as a +4 star, but it does not give +4 star service. We were highly disappointed.

It is not a hotel.. There is nothing other than rooms.. We can call it as apartment. No own restaurants. No swimming pool. Totally it is an old building. Room service also bad. There is no mini bar. Even they dont keep a tea bag until you call and ask them..

The photos of the rooms online are very misleading. The room that I received was very dated and the carpet was really disgusting. I was so distracted by the interior of my room .....that within 5 minutes or less I decided to leave. I knew there was no way I could concentrate on my work. I knew the room was non-refundable but my peace of mind was worth the money lost.

This was the grossest hotel I've stayed in in years! Filthy carpets, including a huge burn stain from an iron, and what looked like oil splatters or who knows what all over. I didn't even want to take off my shoes. Don't even want to think about the state of the duvet under a blacklight...gross!

Convenient hotel that needs some update.
Good things first : Staffs were quite nice and helpful. A convenience store and a coffee shop at the lobby was a big plus. Didn't have bathtub but shower head was nice. 3 Restaurants in the hotel were nice to have. Desirables : A small fitness facility was inside the sauna that collects $7 extra to the hotel guests. Carpet needs to be shampoo'd. My barefoot turned black quick. Matress in my room needs to be replaced. I continuously felt spring coils and it was noisy.
