Cozy stay, wonderful breakfast

Pros: The room was excellent. Very spacious, great amenities. The executive lounge was very accommodating to late night requests as well. The breakfast spread on the second floor was well worth stopping by for. A great selection and very tasty coffee.
Cons: I couldn't find an ice machine on any of the floors I checked, so I had to go to the executive lounge to request some. Had I not had access to that lounge I'm unsure how I would have procured ice as needed.

The staff where great but the hotel room was dirty and in overall poor condition .Beds uncomfortable and hotel restaurant advertising was for hundreds of dim sum dishes and turned out to be 25 dishes with 1/3 not available

For the price the hotel was great and the concierge was an absolute star. So helpful and accommodating.

Generally found this Hotel well positioned in the city, friendly staff and clean rooms. Found the Reastaurant's within the hotel a bit of a disappointment but overall a pleasant place to stay
