Good value, close to airport. Just needed a clean, safe place to stay overnight while waiting for a flight. They offer shuttle service which is nice. The mattress in my room needed replacing but room was adequate.

Good hotel close to the airport. Excellent location close to Walmart, restaurants, movies, gas stations. Breakfast buffet is also good

Decent for a one night stay

Pros: The hot tub and pool were great, staff was friendly
Cons: The breakfast was decent but it seemed like they may have opened up to the homeless. It was a little unsettling but the food was good.
Location: Location was perfect, close to many restaurants and very close to the airport
The motel was ok. The outside was kind of dirty, so many cigarette butts on the ground and so many people outside smoking.

Comfortable stay

Pros: Staff are friendly and helpful. Room was ok, basic, but clean and relatively new. It's a very good affordable option compared to the very expensive
Cons: Need soft newest bed ,
Location: Located 10 minutes from Dallas Airport within walking distance from shopping and restaurants.
The hotel was very functional and good value for money. It's not very fancy

HORRIBLE! DON'T GO!

SO NASTY AND PEOPLE STANDING OUTSIDE MY DOOR WATCHING MY BOYFRIEND AND I EVERYTIME WE WALKED DOWN THE HALLWAY. THEY WATCHED US WHEN WE WERE IN THE CAR AND PEOPLE TRYING TO COME INTO OUR ROOMS. THE MAID SHOWED UP AT 7AM CHECK OUT WAS 11AM. WE WERE VERY AGGERVATED AND SHE WOULDNT LEAVE WHEN I SAID NO SEVERAL TIMES. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND NO WHERE NEAR ACCURATE TO ONLINE PICTURES

Pleasant Stay

Pros: Location to restaurants, shopping and train station
Cons: communication of shuttle service
The location is great, close to restaurants and shopping (walmart, best buy, olive garden...to name a few). Breakfast was the standard, one recommendation is to have tea as well in the 24hr station (there is coffee and water, but no tea). Some staff were very accommodating, the other were fairly new as i heard them talking they were new (they also seemed disgruntled and expressed that loudly within earshot). I had a package delivered to the hotel and it was placed in my room....very nice. Room was a bit musty but very spacious. Shuttle service is a hit or miss. Pickup from the airport was about 20 mins, they offer shuttle as well within 2 miles of the hotel. The shuttle service needs to be streamlined more, i called for a pickup at the train station and the shuttle never arrived (I waited 45mins at 10pm in a desserted track) i ended up seeing a bus and took it close to the hotel and walked the rest of the way. The next day i called for pickup service and waited an hour. Fred, Bruce, Steve and another gentleman that drove the early shift on Saturday morning were SUPER (especially Fred and Steve); on the morning of my departure Steve confirmed if i was going to miami and my flight # (i had given the night before), he said we were going to terminal C, i said no its A, he pulled it up on his phone to confirm - this was outstanding. What would also help is possibly to have train/bus schedules available for guests. Overall a pleasing stay and would stay again.

This hotel is in need of a renovation. Don't stay here. The place smells badly and feels unclean from the moment you walk in the front door.
