hotel was accomodating they allowed us to check in early. the staff was polite. rooms were clean and there were a lot of channels available to watch on the the tv. the food at the hotels restaurant was pretty good too.

Excellent service from the time we checked in from the Staff to our departure. All the ladies & gentlemen were helpful, smiling and have us info about Dallas. Rooms very clean, bed slept wonderful and breakfast was great! Ended up staying an extra night. Would stay again & recommend this hotel; booked through Expedia & great rate which includes breakfast. Close to everything!

Nice hotel at a great price

Pros: Staff, modern finishes, restaurant
Cons: Better curtains on the first floor to block light
It is obvious that this hotel was recently renovated and it shows. The lobby is nice, the restaurant is done in Bistro-stye and the rooms are modern. Free wifi, cozy beds, a mini fridge, and free airport shuttle - what else could you want?

The suite was spacious, clean, updated, and quiet. The "living room" has doors to close it off completely from the bedroom, which made it the perfect sleeping space for my 4 month old daughter in her crib. I was able to get up and take care of her in the middle of the night without waking my husband or our other 2 children.

Check Your Receipt!!

The hotel was ok, not great. The a/c quit working throughout the night. The biggest issue was an advertised price of $75 a night with additional taxes of approximately $20. However, what they do at the hotel is charge $20 a day for insurance on the room, and they conveniently don't tell you this on the website or in person. When I checked out and asked for a receipt for any charges, they said there weren't any and my receipt from Expedia was all the charges. I checked my credit card the next week and saw a $40 charge. Expedia contacted this hotel and they are reversing the charges. So in summary, a 2 night stay at $75 plus $20 for taxes and was charged approx $180, but then added an additional insurance charge of $20 a day for a total per day charges of $110. That's a big change from the advertised $75 a night. Check your receipts! I guarantee they bank on people not being dillagent and hoping they get extra charges because customers aren't paying attention.

I would like to take the opportunity and respond to your concerns, so that readers understand that we do not operate based on deceit and that we do everything within our control to be as transparent as possible regarding any additional fees or temporary charges. During the booking process with Expedia, we articulate in two sections how our incidental or security deposit process works as well as the amount required per night. We also have signs at our front desk for guests to review as they check-in; additionally we should be explaining why we are asking for your credit card at check-in (incidentals) if you have already paid for the room in advance. This pre-authorization of $20 per day is a temporary charge in order to help cover any additional charges potentially incurred throughout the stay, i.e. restaurant, bar, market, phone calls. If no additional charges are incurred, then whatever was taken at check-in for incidentals is automatically returned to the guest's account within a few days depending on your bank. This is an ethical and reasonable practice consistent with most major hotel chains and is in no way used to collect more money than what was original agreed upon. It is close to the airport. We had a late flight and missed the shuttle but they were nice enough to reimburse the cab fee when presented the receipt.

Location: Great location - not far from Dallas!
I spent 2 nights there. Very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. I will likely stay there again.
