Hotel is in very bad shape broken furniture wholes in bathtub light fixtures doesn't work smell in hallways and room.

Nasty!

Front desk rude and slow. Telephone did not work in room so when I called for shuttle front desk could not hear me. Went down and shuttle had left. Not good. Had to pay for Uber. (Front desk refused it was their mistake or to help.)COffee maker in room did not work. No breakfast. Found a bug in room. Waited 30 min to check in. Just serioously disgusting. I am requesting money returned.

A fire alarm went off in the middle of my shower. Horri me experience. No one should be staying there.

It is a old hotel that needs to be remodeling. Maybe, fifty years ago, it could have been a nice hotel.

Bad stay

When I arrived at the Hotel there where people out did smoking drugs and playing loud music I over look that but when air in my room did not working and big water bugs walking around I ask for another. Room it took them five room to fit my need ask for a refund they refused. Will not come back.

You get what you pay for

I stayed here while on an overnight layover, and I was surprised by how dingy and old-looking the interior of the hotel was. The amenities were pretty basic as well. If you're looking for a (really) quiet and cheap night away from the airport, then this place serves that purpose.

Terrible hotel

Pros: Expedia
The facility was moldy and musty smelling. Our room was worse. Mosquito's in our room. Old and outdated. Our Sheets had not been changed from previous guests!!! TV did not work. Hotel Bar was shutdown. No ice machine worked in entire hotel. Staff was rude. Even told one guest to SHUTUP and QUIT Complaining. Worst hotel I've ever visited!!

5 MINUTE STAY... THE WORST PLACE EVER!!!!

When I booked this stay the pictures displayed a beautiful hotel, boy was I wrong. At check-in when I've gotten the key the front desk cler was very polite and pleasant, as I walked through the hallway it appears as this hotel was under construction. When I entered the room I could not believe what I was seeing, the room had a horrible order, the carpet was horribly stained and looked as though it had never been shampooed. The sheets on the beds where stained giving a look of not being washed. The bathroom tub/shower walls were dirty and the toilet had pubic hairs and feces around the lid of the toilet. I was outraged and immediately went to the front desk to express it. As I told the clerk how this room was, he contiously apologized and offered another room key. When I went to this room it was not as bad as the first but bad, without hesitation I loaded my luggage into the car and immediately called Expedia. Once I got an agent on the line I instantly explained and expressed how bad this hotel was, she apologized and immediately started looking for another hotel that accommodated my flight iternary. She gave me the different options, when I decided on the LA Quinta in Irving, TX she placed me on hold, called and made the reservations. When she returned back to the line she gave me the confirmation number, apologized again and told me expdia would cover the cost difference. I am extremely happy that Expdia went out their way to quickly rectify the situation. Thanks Expedia

Wouldn't give me a refund and I never even stayed checked in and checked right back out very unclean
