Excellent!

Pros: Customer service was great! Bar was nice, friendly people
Cons: nothing, loved it!
Location: Basic needs close by, a few miles from Rangers and Cowboys but easy access to.
loved the facility, loved the location, quiet location, but close enough to venues, great amenities.

Clean room, friendly staff, free breakfast was good. Only thing we didn't like were the pillows. Overall, gretat stay.

Loved the new walk-in shower, with a shower head high enough for a tall person.

Nice hotel. Very convenient

Flew in to Dallas for a football game at Jerry World. Hotel had a free shuttle from the airport. Very courteous staff. Very convenient

Air Conditioning

We turned the ax down to 63 to cool off the room, but the room temperature only went down to 73. Needless we were uncomfortable and my husband had to go get a fan so that we could sleep.

Overall, a good stay when price is discounted.

Pros: Very clean! TV was large and layout was comfortable in the room. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
Cons: Air conditioners need attention. Bed needs attention. Put real doors on the bathroom.
Location: It's Dallas Texas. Most people are there for business.
First and foremost, I would not pay full price for this hotel. The facilities themselves were very nice. Everything was very clean, room appeared to be recently renovated. Couldn't ask for more on cleanliness—which is a huge plus. Where the negatives come into play are with regard to actual room comfort. Our room was incredibly humid, and even with the air conditioner cranked all the way down, it remained very stuffy all evening. This lead to a very sweaty and uncomfortable night sleep. Next is the bed, the one in our room seemed to be quite old. Both sides had very distinct craters. This, in addition to the temperature issues, lead to a very poor night sleep. Finally, there was the bathroom door. The door to the bathroom is a sliding piece of frosted glass. Cool in concept—yes. But in function, not very good. If your partner needs to use the restroom in the evening, the moment they turn on the light—might as well turn on all the lights in the room as there is no barrier from it spreading to the rest of the room.

Nice rooms Clean Staff was always accommodating

Pros: Nice rooms and great room service (breakfast was always on time and accommodating)
Cons: USPS delivery like the other carriers
Location: Plenty. Everything is quite accessible. Great restaurants too!
Clean rooms and really nice Staff was incredibly accommodating even if there was difficulty Everyone was kind Shuttle service to airport very helpful I was there for an event and like with any traveler, many times you need shipments. FedEx and UPS deliver there but not USPS. I scheduled a Saturday delivery and couldn't get it because it was at post office that was closed. Not good. Manager worked with me and we eventually got it at the 11th hour but it was highly stressful. Hotel should be more forthcoming about this or get USPS to deliver!

TRIPLE CHARGED FOR ROOM

Booked/paid for room online. Checked in 6/16; upon checking out on 6/17, I noticed my CC had a pending charge on it. On 6/19, the charge cleared my CC. Made over 8 phone calls to the hotel, and took an entire week to get the charges refunded. Now, on 7/10, the hotel has charged me again for the room. I called my CC company to dispute the charge. Neil Stokes (manager) doesn't return phone calls. I'm reporting this to Marriott Corporate as well. Absolutely ridiculous! BEWARE!
