Pros: clean & comfortable
Cons: I was a little disappointed that I could not get rewards on my marriott rewards because I had booked thru a 3rd party.
Location: Near DFW Airport
Very nice hotel with excellent staff. They were very helpful and treated me with much respect. I lost my car key and everyone including the drivers of the vans went out of their way to help me try to locate it. Although, I never located it they allowed me to stay around the hotel until someone could pick me up. Will definitely stay here again.

Pros: The iced tea and water in the lobby were delicious.
Cons: The TV could be lifted slightly to remove the bind in the neck to provide for better viewing from the bed.
The staff were courteous and friendly. The beds were comfortable and clean.

Convenient location to the airport

Pros: The staff was very friendly, The shuttle service and the restaurant and bar was great. The grilled cheese sandwich delicious
Cons: Offer internet services at LEAST! I have stayed at a variety of Marriott and the internet is free. They also do free breadfast
Location: They have a great shuttle serviced for the grapevine area thats very affordable
If you are looking for something close to DFW and maybe want to shuttle around Grapevine this hotel would be great for you.

Pros: The Hotel staff was very pleasant.
Cons: Deep... deep... deep clean all cloth furnishings, the carpet, and the drapes.
Location: It's an airport location, so there are not very many things to do nearby.
1. Bed bugs are in the room; I put my clothing on the cloth chair, and then I put the clothes in my suitcase. The next morning, I put the clothes on, and began to be bitten. It took two washings of all the clothes in my suitcase to get rid of the bugs. 2. Someone put a bar of soap in the toilet, so it needed to be unclogged.

Wonderful hotel. Stayed overnight to catch a flight in the morning. Shuttle was very convenient. Would return to Marriott DFW again.

Hotel by the airport

Pros: The room were good, clean, and comfortable.
The hotel was good, the problem we had was when I booked the hotel, it stated that there was free WI-FI and internet service. Upon arrival, and in the rooms, there wasn't any Free WI-FI nor internet. We were told that we had to pay for it. When I called the hotel, I was told that it was not part of the hotel amenties. We will not be staying at this hotel in the future. Also, one of the housekeepers was found in the room, not cleaning, but going through our belongings. An envelope with our travel money came up missing, she later stated that she found it in the bathroom.

Our stay was everything I hope it would be. Very clean upscale hotel. I have no complaints.
