OK HOTEL

IT"S AN OK HOTEL, BY THE AIRPORT NEXT TO TWO FREEWAYS, LOTS OF HIGHWAY NOISE. ROOMS ARE NICE INSIDE, BATHROOMS NEED UPDATING.

Great atmosphere and private

Had a very comfortable stay. Staff is awesome. Breakfast was the best and hours are great.

Excellent hotel in Irving.

Pros: The look and feel of the hotel is amazing. The complimentary made to order breakfast is exceptional. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
Cons: The microwave had no platter in it. There was dirt between the counter and the carpet. I could get no hot water in the bathroom sink.
Location: There are numerous shopping centers, live music venues, and live sporting venues.
My wife and I stayed at this hotel because of its proximity to The Pavilion at the Music Factory in Irving, Texas. The hotel's property is well-maintained, and the atmosphere of the hotel is pleasing.

The hotel needed updating. My shower had condensation driping in it from the ac above the shower. I first thought it was urine from the sewer untill i put a glass in the shower and caught the water. I informed the manager on Tuesday and the maid informed her supervisor also they tried to fix the issue finally on Thursday but later that night it started back. 200.00 dollars a night was to much for the issues.

Staff needs more customer service training

Staff asking to manny questions on the breakfastlike how manny in your room And staff just keep looking at the guest what are they were eating

Nice hotel for Cowboy's Game

Great time, beautiful hotel. Convenient. But wished I rented a car instead of relying on uber, not as close to amenities as I thought.

Friendly staff. Delicious breakfasts made to order

We lrealkyvenjoyed our stay. The hotel is very close to the airport and the hotel provided complimentary shuttle service to and from airport. Complimentary breakfasts every morning were very good. Plenty of food options to choose from. They even make you made to order omlettes. I have to make a comment about the employees who are working during this time. They are working extremely hard. Many guests are eating all at once and they accommodate everyone. They are working non stop. Guests of the hotel please take care of them with a tip. They deserve it for there efforts. Employeees at front desk are great. I ran out of toothpaste during my stay and was given some complimentary. The Restauraunt in the hotel is very good. Great wood fired pizzas. Capistrano's I believe is the name. I can't say enough about this place. Rooms are clean. Maid service excellent. Great price and value for your money. The manager greets you every morning with a smile and a hello at breakfast. I ( we ) will be staying there when we visit the area again. Also close to six flags and AT & T Stadium and Texas rangers ballpark. I wish they had a outdoor pool for guests but the pool inside was nice. I just like getting a tan in the sun so I'm bias. Lol.

Hotel was good. Be careful with shuttle service.

Good hotel to spend an overnight stay near the DFW airport. Good breakfast. Shuttle service to the airport was OK, however our bags were left on the street curb inadvertently by the driver in a different terminal during the drop off of other travellers, putting us at risk. We could have lost our bags or have them tampered in other ways unsafe or ilegal. If passengers or the driver take other passengers' luggage out of the trunk of the van during unloading, it is the responsibility of the driver to make sure all bags are back inside the van before leaving to the next terminal. We were inside the van and could not see our bags being misshandled.

The check in staff was very efficient and friendly. The room was exactly what we needed with two girls. They enjoyed the pool. We enjoyed the happy hour every evening. Would definitely stay here again!
