Nice place.

The gentleman at the desk was very helpful. His name is Braxton and very pleasant. He made arrangements for the the shuttle to take us to a restaurant for dinner. The shuttle driver (Bill) dropped us off and picked us up right on time. Shuttle to airport also was very timely. We would stay here again.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, 24 hr shuttle to DFW and they offer long term parking.

A few dissapointments

Called 3 times for help with a faulty remote. Swam in the COLD pool. Closet door needed repair. Breakfast lacked variety. Rennovation going on made the 3rd floor messy.

Convenient hotel close to the airport

The hotel was nice and the staff were very friendly. They asked several times how my stay was going and if I needed anything. It was easy to get around Dallas without having to pay tolls from this hotel. The room I stayed in was extremely large with a king bed and separate living room. The cable TV in the bedroom did have some issues, but they were quick to respond. I also had a very light stain on my bed cover down towards the feet. It didn't bother me, but I know some people may care about that. Over all I would say it was a good experience with free breakfast and extremely friendly staff who are willing to do what it takes to make your stay a great one.

No rollout couch

When I booked the hotel after reading the advertisement for amenities it said that a rollout couch will be given upon request, there was no such thing. Super disappointed plus with the room size it could not even fit a roll out couch if they did give me one. smh.

Pleasant Stay

The facility was clean and even though we were there on a Saturday night, we didn't hear a lot of noise. The place seemed clean and the service was quick and courteous. I'd stay there again. It would have been nice to have a chair other than the desk chair in the room. There was space available even though this was a room with two queen beds.

Make sure you book the right thing.

It was a good hotel and we will stay there again when we fly from DFW. We booked through Hotels.com, as we always do. This time we didn't get the stay and park package. We had the room only. We had to pay an additional $5.00 per day for parking which wasn't planned. Always before, parking was included. Make sure you're being the package you need when booking. The hotel is always a good stay and three shuttle runs every hour to the airport.
