Ugh

I had too change rooms within 10 minutes of arrival direct to seepage through three flooring direct to a leak from the toilet. My room was not very clean (hair & trash still on the floor & grease pin the microwave plate). The construction from remodeling was terrible. The AC worked really well, though.

Don't waste your $

Called hotel for shuttle pick up. Night SUPERVISOR Lamar was everything but helpful. He was condescending, rude, entitled, and disrespectful all within a 30 second conversation. All I was trying to do was coordinate where to get picked up by the hotel shuttle. This was all at 12:30 am while I was alone in an airport I had never been to after hours of diverted travel. I was left in tears standing in the middle of baggage claim. I called back, hoping he would have a better response to me asking where to get picked up, the conversation was worse. By this point, I refused to go to the hotel. I spent the night awake at the airport. My husband is now disputing the charges with the bank and intends on speaking with the hotel's manager directly in regards to Lamar's lack of basic customer service.

Nothing terrible

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the shower was great! a standard room in a decent area. The front desk staff was excellent.

Okay

Pros: The staff are helpful and friendly and Denny's is close by for food before flying out.
Cons: The hotel could use some overall maintenance. The rooms could use new mattresses and dehumidifiers.
Location: Denny's and the airport are close.
This hotel is not bad for a stay close to the airport. The rooms are damp though and obviously used to be smoking rooms as they have that odor. The staff are helpful and friendly though.

Pros: Close to major thoroughfare
Cons: The smoky smelll needs to be eliminated
The non-smoking room smelled very smoky, otherwise clean

Did not feel safe

Experirnce did not start very well when I waited to be checked in. The TV in the lobby was so loud they had to turn down because they could not hear to check in. Room was clean but not well taken care of. There was an iron in room but no ironing board, there was coffee but no coffee maker. There was a hole patched by the door but was not painted. There were holes in door where previous lock was but were not patched. Did not feel really safe on Wednesday and Thursday night when motel was not full and the other residents were mostly long term visitors. Friday and Saturday nights felt a little more safe due to more people being around.

Close to the airport

Was nice vocation. Employees of hotel were very friendly. Only parking lot was full :-)
