Nice hotel close to dallas

Pros: Clean room
Cons: A/c was a little noisy
Location: Good location close to shopping
Nice hotel to rest and relax after a fun filled day at the races in forth worth.

Great Place and great memory

Such a beautiful hotel I felt like I was home diring my stay... What a beautiful place, the staff was great, the room was amazing the location was quiet... this place make my trip more pleasurable

Clean - convenient

Pros: clean
Cons: can't think of anything
This hotel is currently going through a renovation and we stayed in one of the updated rooms on the 3rd floor. It was very nice. Well appointed, clean and comfortable. Despite bing right under the fight path to DFW the room itself is very quiet. Nathan at the front desk was helpful and courteous at check in. The breakfast offering was far better than most similar hotels I have stayed at. This hotel is very handy to the airport and there are plenty of restaurant choices within a very short drive

Book room for two guests, but the room has only one bed. My friend has to sleep on sofa bed. There is almost no room service. I asked for beddings on the sofa bed, and some fresh towels. They would not even send to my room, I need to pick it by myself from the front desk. They also threw my tooth paste when they clean the room after the first night.

Had a great stay with super helpful staff, the only issue we had was the listing shows that there are available roll-away beds but they do not have those. Other than that, fantastic room, great breakfast and pools! Would definitely recommend!

Excellent room services and staff was really nice. The room was super clean and very comfortable. Great location, about 5 minutes to the airport.

In need of a re-refurbish

It wasn't a great stay. We were told we had one of the refurbished suites. It needs to be re-refurbished. The room set-up was fine. It was a lot of little things. The microwave did not work. The door handle to the suite came right off when you opened the door. The TV signal kept coming in and out, which wasn't weather related, because it rained hard later in the day and the TV was just out. There was a decent-sized hole in the carpet near the bathroom. The flooring in the kitchen was coming up. When the air came on, it was really loud and kept waking us up. Wi-fi signal was weak. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Bathroom and shower were fine. Front desk was attentive. The hotel is located in a business park. There are no restaurants within walking distance. It's near the airport, so expect plane noise, which isn't the hotel's fault. Too many other options nearby. Wouldn't stay again.
