Very creative Hotel. It's an adventure within it's self. Clean! Pool area, NICE!!! Had 2 minor issues, dirty laundry was left in the closet wasn't a big deal & was offered a free night stay. Now Front Desk clerk JESSIE, stay far away from him. He is so unprofessional & sassy. Management handled him ...
The reviews on other sites had us VERY concerned, but we were unable to cancel. I am glad we stayed. The hotel is beautiful, great amenities, amazing staff, complimentary shuttle, wonderful hot breakfast. We would definitely stay again!
I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Nothing spectacular but it did the job just great.
The restaurant included vegan options which was nice. The rooftop displayed a clear view of downtown Dallas. I just wished the staff was nicer and actually gave off some southern hospitality charm.
Awesome! Great place. Great service. Clean and comfortable rooms.
was comfortable and had many advantages over a hotel room appreciated that I could cook and wash clothes loved the rooms and the pool and gym
Good location, friendly staff and nicely updated and clean.
The toilet paper seemed very cheap. The hot tub had an exposed metal edge that cut my husband's foot. The shower had a leak. The food in Texas Spice was way overpriced.
How well this hotel is ran, from top to bottom. The personable touch and how accommodating everyone was. I really have absolutely no complaints. One great overall experience!! I will definitely return and refer friends, family and clients to this establishment.
