Pros: The location and the inside of the lobby.
Cons: Breakfast could most definitely be improved. The pastries, juice and coffee and they provided cereal/milk upon asking; I would like to see more there.
Location: The location is right by the Cowboys/Rangers Stadium and Hurricane Harbor. There are other things to do but these are prominently talked about by many
I was in town to head to a business meeting that wasn't far from the hotel. the staff was helpful in giving directions and during my stay there was a wonderful restaurant called El Jibarito. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. It serves Puerto Rican food. I hear on the weekends they have an awesome club. I plan on surprising my boyfriend with a trip here as well.

This place appears okay on the website, but I was actually scared to stay there upon my arrival. Had they not already charged my card, I would have passed on this dump!

ROOMS DID NOT LOOK LIKE THE PICTURES ONLINE AT ALL! FOR THE $308 I PAID FOR TWO ROOMS FOR TWO VERY UNSATISFACTORY! I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY AT THIS HOTEL!

Worst motel ever!

There is nothing good about this motel. The people who work there are the worst. There are roaches in the room. The shower doesn't work. They don't fix anything or respond to any requests. Housekeeping doesn't empty the trash or clean up the bathroom. Front desk people will lie to you. When you confront them about the lies, they admit it, but don't apologize. I don't know if they just don't care or if they are completely incompetent. They don't have an airport shuttle, even though the Hotels.com app says they do. They will call a shuttle service for you, but you have to pay for it. The shuttle service they use doesn't show up when you call or setup a scheduled pick up. Don't waste even 1 night of your life in this horrible place.

I see why they didn't show any pictures of the outside. Not enough lighten in parking lot, outside maintenance and landscape was horrible

Really a horrible experience throughout the entire stay. First off, just pulling into the parking lot you could tell the place was run down. The rooms were clean but extremely dated, smelt a little like smoke. The bed was rough and we didnt even sleep under the rug they were using as a blanket (not literally). BUT to top it all off they double charged my debit card and caused an extremely embarrassing situation at the restaurant me and my wife went to eat at to celebrate our first year of marriage! To say the least I will never stay at another Americas Best Inn& Suits again and since Hotels.com was the connection using their services would be questionable as well.

I wasn't expecting a 5 star hotel or anything of the sorts, but this was just.. not that great. Plus, we called 2 hours ahead to inquire about coming to our room early and they said yes, that it would be okay. When we got there, she said the room wouldn't be ready for another 1 or 2 hours at the least. I would have understood completely if we wouldn't have called ahead... I probably wouldn't book this hotel again.

America's "Worst"

This was the nastiest hotel I have ever experienced. The room was disgusting, the area was a slum, and the people in the adjoining rooms were making noise until 3am. The walls are so thin that we heard every footstep from the rooms around us. I paid $100 for one night and I'd like to have my money back. There are several hotels in the area...pay a little more and stay at the better hotels across from Six Flags. We will never stay at this hotel chain again.
