BEWARE!! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!
Do not rent from this company. We tried emailing, texting and calling (over multiple days and from the airport after we landed) to get check in instructions. We had paid in full and were still unable to receive unit number and keys or key codes. We called VRBO and they tried calling them, they did not answer their call either. We had to book a hotel that night and then a different property for the following days. This company lied and told VRBO that we had stayed at their property. We have submitted receipts for our hotel and subsequent alternative property stay as proof. Untrustworthy, unreliable, and unprofessional. If you book with them you are not guaranteed a stay so be forewarned. We are still trying to get our prepaid rent refunded.
