Very nice, clean and comfortable hotel.

Pros: Very nice and comfortable. Good location (close to DFW, and not that far from downtown Dallas)
Cons: Just keep up the good work
Location: Very close to DFW airport
Stayed here for 3 nights. Enjoyed the comfort and the cleanliness. Nice indoor pool.

Inexpensive option

The experience was average. I was given one of the last rooms on the top floor and did not have internet access. They did change me to another room with good conection after I asked for it. On another stay at the hotel the receptionist said he could not find a reservation and wanted to charge me a higher rate to make a new reservation. To make a long story short, I negotiated with this gentleman for 20 minutes including a call to Expedia before he checked me in. He did waive the early check-in fee and apologized. Otherwise the room was fine. They are a little older but well kept.

Close to eating places

This place was terrible. I found a roach in my room & in the hallways. Talk to the manager about it & we made an agreement & the next day she lies and said it never happened! So I got my things and had to go to a whole different hotel. I would never go there ever again even if the price is low. Also house keeping did not come in and clean my room when I stayed my 2 nights there . I was really hoping for better when I looked at this online but it just was very disappointing to go here and it not be how it looks online

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was very helpful. We were suprised there was not a hot tub. The rooms were very nice. It was very quiet. We will be returning to the Atrium our next visit!

Pros: clean, quite and very good for relaxation. Stuff are very nice and helpful.
Cons: The breakfast need to be improve a little bit.
I like it and I want to go there again for my next vacation.
