We walked into the room smell of heavy cigarettes smoke was present. Shower curtain was moldy, bed sheets had stains. Second night here we walked into our room to have no sheets towels or blankets I guess room service forgot Idk. Came here with a group of people and everyone’s experience was the same had to change rooms as well. It’s literally what you can expect for a motel.

This place is not what it looks in the pictures and website, we found it very old and all rooms were smelling awful, if you see none smoking rooms in their website that is a big lie. We walked through 5 rooms but couldn’t find a none smoking room.

Friendly staff, room was clean but smelled weird like someone had been smoking in it and they were trying to cover it up. I got this hotel specifically for the airport shuttle and free breakfast and they had neither. False advertising!! It made an already awful night much worse!

The manager here was a complete SCAMMER! He was rude, disrespectful and lied. He said we checked in on a day we were not even there and then made us check out 2 days early after locking us out of our room. To which then he had a physical altercation with another customer due to his scamming! This hotel was a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE!!! NEVER WOULD RECOMMEND !!!

Bad trip
This was a disappointing trip had to stay but just very uncomfortable. Someone knocking at our door late asking for a women. To finding drugs in the room while staying with our children to dirty towels upon check in it was just not a good stay. The room above us sounded like they were bowling and people were walking past our room at all hours. At this point I just want to leave and get my money back, but we need a place to stay for the night.

Cotton Bowl Week End 2023…..very inexpensive!
Our room seemed OK , BUT, the door frame was broken where someone had tried to break in. No standard toiletries, just shower and face soap. Great water pressure in the shower. No breakfast since they are updating the kitchen area.

It’s in a very good location to shop around in a walking distance. Room was great, until you find out that the tv in the bedroom is not working and there is no remote for it and the tv in the living room. Was very late at night that we got there. But when I called the front desk for a remote and to come check the tv. No one came.

Convenient for a quick overnight stay between flights. Condition of the room wasn't great but good enough. Bathroom door didn't latch closed. I think the worst part was the bedding, or lack thereof. The blankets were basically just sheets. Not thick at all and not warm. So it was basically like sleeping with 2 layers of sheets. Overall it's fine for a cheap stay by the airport.

I highly recommend this hotel. From the incredibly nice shuttle driver that picks you up and also will drop you off upon your departure to the front desk staff! They were all very helpful, kind and attentive. I got an upgrade to a suite at no charge from the manager. Can’t get this type of service anywhere!

Stayed for 4 nights. After the first day of the room not getting clean towels or general cleaning I asked why not. Was told that on stays that are multiple days they only do it every other day. So basically it would have been done once. Also on the day they did come in they didn’t put fresh bath mat on tub, just folded up the dirty wet one I had. Several bulbs burned out and the phone didn’t work so if I did need something I had to go to the front desk.

This Red Roof is going thru updates, which I appreciate. However, we had to ask for clean towels and wash clothes. Even the clean ones needed bleached. The coffee maker did not work and for 3 days the lobby had no creamer.

Bed sheet had a large stain . I don’t know if it walls not replaced from the previous guest or if it is an old is an old stain on a worn out sheet . Shower area had not been cleaned. The room has been remodeled but the hygiene situation needs to be addressed

I stayed at a hotel a night and unfortunately, the bathroom had a really bad smell. It was quite unpleasant and even worse, the smell lingered, and I could still smell it while lying in bed. It really ruined my experience and made for an uncomfortable stay.

1. The number I called to check my reservation the agent lied about the limited hotel shuttle info. I had to catch an Uber. 2. This location did not have blankets just a thin decor (as thick as 2 sheets) 3.The room numbers were taped on the windows . Doors were in need of a paint job. 4. Thank God I selected the bed that wasn’t sweaking (as much as I toss and turn me nor my neighbors wouldn’t have slept.) 5. I felt as if I was in an upgraded booty hotel.

The room was very well kept. The hot water was acrually hot the bed slept well and the air was COLD. If I had a complaint it would be lack of bedding. The air is that cold.

Mattresses are super old. No towels. Although our room said it was a smoke free room but completely smelled like cigarettes and some other smell. Staff was not friendly or helpful. Will definitely not stay here again.

Very Dirty
This place fails to meet basic standards of cleanliness. The mini fridge was covered in some strange substance, there was a dead cockroach on the floor, and I found multiple blood stains on the linens. Also I didn’t receive towels, and the neighborhood is sketchy. The key card has instructions about how to avoid break-ins by double-locking your door, which is unsettling. Avoid at all costs.

Had reservations for a jacuzzi suite was told someone decided to stay over and it was not available. We were given another room which was total trash a/c didn’t work toilet running full blast and very dated finally were given a remodeled room which was better but floors very dirty go somewhere else!

I booked a room and had a confirmation number, but when I arrived that was not the case. Their 'system' messed up and they did not have a room available. I had to find another hotel, even thought it was midnight. I very strongly do NOT recommend this hotel.

Decent hotel, particularly for a quick overnight for a flight. Recommend this hotel because they own their own airport shuttle and aren't using universal ones that take much longer that other hotels in the area use.
