The staff was nice, but the hotel was sub par in my opinion. The beds were very uncomfortable.

disappointed

Pros: Good breakfast and comfy bed. Room was quiet. Staff were nice.
Cons: More outlets for electric and a counter in bathroom. Don't give a room that is for handicapped to people who are not.
Location: Nice location for Costco and Walmart.
TV would not work with remote. Had to call for help lamps were unplugged, could not move King bed to plug in. No counter in bathroom..big problem for girls. Where can you put your stuff? No microwave. Was a handicap room. We aren't handicaped. No place to plug in cell phones. Need to have more electric outlets. Very frustrating!

Very resonable room rate. Would have been very good review. The room looked nice and bathroom was clean, but our room had a musty mildew smell, especially over by the AC unit which was right next to the bed.

Hotel was great. and the personnel awesome. I forgot something on my room before checking out and the personnel of the hotel was very nice to send me my stuff by mail to my home. Really happy with the personnel at the Best Western Plus DFW.

Clean Hotel near DFW

Business traveler coming in late needed an airport hotel. The staff was friendly, rate was good, room was clean, and it's close to the airport.

Very nice, front desk person was very friendly and helpful. Loved tht we could leave our car there.
