Hotel is loud because rooms face the tollway, very dark inside, smells kind of weird inside. The hot breakfast was a nice amenity otherwise.

Gross smell in room

We checked in around 11:30pm. Once we open the door the smell was so gross that we closed the door and left to the front desk. Long story short we ended canceling the reservation and driving 30mins at midnight to another hotel....

Noisy and Awkward.

Cons: Everything. . . Customer Services with Respect. . .

When I first arrived, they had to change my room 3 different times, due to some of the amenities were not working in the rooms. The lay of this hotel was very awkward and inconvenient for the guess. The service desk was up front and down a long corridor, which means you have to carry your luggage a long-way to get to your room. All the rooms was small and cramped. Our 2nd day, the fire alarm sounded, and stay on for 10 minutes. This was annoying and caused every to have to leave their rooms, the sound was unbearable. We stayed away from our rooms for hours. Later that evening, they revolted my room card and assigned me into another room without informing me, (the 4th time they change my room). I have never experienced anything like this in my life. . .

Great location.

I was pleasantly surprised by the appearance and style of the inside. Only negative was when I arrived my entire floor smelled like cigarette smoke. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Nice suites, friendly front desk staff

Great, roomy suites, front desk friendly and accommodating, nicely located, nice breakfast selection, cleaning staff could be a tad bit better.

Double charged

Over all it was ok, but the hotel charged me twice and is refusing to give me Refund. I paid in cash and they still charged my card and when I called them , they insist it is correct. Terrible people . I will never stay at best western again. Front desk people were rude and manger was equally rude , like I was bothering him when I called to complain about being charged after paying in cash.

Pros: The hotel bar was nice to unwind. The breakfast was very good.
Cons: the mattress
Location: I didn't go out.
The mattress was the lumpiest I have ever slept on, the room was 436 a king. Otherwise the stay was pleasant.

Great hotel

Overall very good. My only issue was the small pillows and lack of signs for the ice machine, lobby etc
