Room was clean and spacious. We were there for the total solar eclipse, the lobby had free solar glasses available, what a class act, plus a great reminder of our stay since the glasses had Plano on it. Will definitely come back here to stay if we visit the Dallas Fort Worth area!

Convenient and friendly.
Night clerk was extremely pleasant. The restaurant staff were amazing and always friendly. The beds aren't the most comfortable - but after asking for a few more pillows, the second night was better.

Great hotel in a great neighborhood!
Please do not depend on the free 5 mile radius shuttle as it does not exist anymore even though the website shows it does. Since we were relying on this mode of transportation, we were quite disappointed! Marianna was the manager and she was wonderful and did everything she could to help us out! She paid for two trips on Uber where we needed to go to compensate us. Hotel is in a great neighborhood with some excellent restaurants within easy walking distance!

Thin walls. Could easily hear the neighbors getting busy in the room next door. One of the Tesla destination chargers doesn't work. The other works, but the cable is frayed, which does not inspire confidence when working with an 11 kilowatt connection.

Very clean cut hotel. Super quiet, staff was super friendly and there was someone at the desk every single time we walked by that was waiting to assist to guests. Little lobby store had a few items we needed. Room was very roomy and comfy. Would definitely stay here again

I had a great first time experience at this property and will stay again. It was quiet, spacious, neat, clean, and had a pleasant front desk and housekeeping staff. My only complaint in room 334 is that the water had a sewer smell to it - very repulsive. I went out and bought water to brush my teeth and wash my face with. It was only the sink and not the shower. I reported it to front desk and also reported it to the daily texts received asking how service was. I remember seeing another guest complain about this issue, so I would recommend checking out the source of the issue and correcting it. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again!

Really nice hotel in good location to shopping and restaurants. Also provides free EV charging those diving EV’s - nice to have a fully charged vehicle in the morning.

The hotel over all was good. I did not like the laundry facility; the app to wash did not work. We spent an hour trying to turn the washing machine on, front desk did not have a clue how to operate or make the machine work. It was very disappointing.
