Wish we stayed here the whole trip

We only stayed here one night. (we were passing through Dallas and needed a place to sleep). We had to check in really late. The night auditor (I wish I had checked her name) was one of the nicest people I've ever encountered at any hotel. She was informative and totally understanding of the late check in. Our room had everything you would need for a long stay (fridge, microwave, stove, sink, you name it). Clean and comfy. There's a convenient laundry room/gym/snack store on site. Coffee is complimentary. Totally recommend this place especially if you're going to be in town a while. We stayed 3 nights at another hotel and wish we had booked another candlewood instead.

Booked Suite

Pros: The variety of food you can purchase as we do not like to go out after we check in to hotels.
Cons: Nope
Location: We stay in.
When I checked in we had a 2 bed Deluxe, not what I booked but Pat the Friendly Clerk was able to upgrade us other then that all is OK.

Utilitarian. Designed for long stay travelers.

Pros: Clean and convenient
Cons: More options for food
The hotel was clean and convenient; located in a nice area of Arlington. It is intended for travelers that are staying for a week or more. There is small "store" where you can buy convenience items, but no real food available.

Great place to stay

Had a good stay. Only negative was that there was damage where the carpet met the tile floor. Didn't complain to staff just moved a chair to cover it up. I did notify them at checkout of the situation and was told they would fix it. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure. The room was clean and the room was very modern.

Good location

Pros: Free washers and dryers
Cons: Confusing pet fee. Expedia had it per night but hotel charges flat rate of $75 for 1 to 6 nights.
We needed a place for several nights. Location is good. Appears to have been recently remodeled.k

Disappointing facilities and condition

Pros: It was pretty quiet
Cons: Almost everything
Location: Quiet location, off main thoroughfares. It is an area with hotels, offices and some restaurants
The lady at the front desk was very pleasant. I had a king studio which had a very large L-shaped desk for working. The lazy chair looked like it was picked up from the dump with large patches of fake leather peeling off. The kitchen had enough pots and pans but only two forks, two spoons, two knifes, two cups etc. which means washing dishes all the time. There is no breakfast provided (just coffee) and the selection of breakfast items in the hotel store was minimal and overpriced. A Kroger grocery store is a 5 min drive and the Walmart 11 minutes. There are several restaurants close by (even walking distance). The gym was pretty sad looking and was located in the hotel store/washer area. Although it was not a negative experience, I doubt I would come back here.

Had a Great stay! Hotel is more then 2 Stars. I would come back Anytime Iam in the Area. Can recoment to Stay Here to anybody.

Excellent hotel for family fun

Had a great time at this hotel. We were a family of 5 (3 kids) so took 2 rooms. Both rooms were comfortable and one of the best experiences we have had recently!!! Thank you for your warm hospitality and peaceful setting for us to have a good time!!!

Awesome trip for a good value

My fiancé and I thought the Candlewood Suites was very nice! We went for a Cowboys game and was very surprised when we walked in. The room was clean, it had a little kitchen area, it was updated and met all our needs. I would stay here again.
