Property was great. It was the people up front that had no answer for our inconvenience. Our door knob came off. We reported it and they said we will send someone no one came we had to take the door handle down stairs and give it to them. Then I need a white sheet for the couch bed cause it just had plastic and Staind I called and they said they had none available to call back in an hour. And did but still had none so we three sleeped in one bed

We were very hesitant to stay here after some bad reviews. We were pleasantly surprised by how wonderful the property was. Check in was a breeze and our room was spacious and very clean. (No roaches as some had mentioned) We left our car at the hotel for 3 days as we shuttled to the airport. Both shuttle drivers were wonderful and no problems with our car when we got back to the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be staying here again the next time we fly out of Dallas Love Field.
