It took over half an hour to check-in, even though I had made a reservation prior to my arrival. After I was checked in the individual insisted I move my vehicle before I unloaded my luggage, very rude in my opinion. You can only enter the building through the front lobby and the door is locked from 11pm-5am, between those hours you will need to call to have them open the door, should they decide to answer the phone. The hotel was very dirty, gross, and poorly taken care of. The room I received had different, lower quality, bedding than pictured in my reservation and the heating/ cooling unit was so loud it was unbearable to have on. The shower head and drain had so much build up I didn’t bother to try and use it. I had to use my hotspot for internet because a WIFI password was not provided from the hotel and based off how the hotel was kept I assumed it didn’t work anyway, plus dealing with the rude hotel clerk again didn’t seem worth my time or comfort. It seems like they purchased the building without factoring in the cost to upkeep the hotel, or just don’t care. I’m doing my best not to think about the cleanliness of the bedding I slept in. How this place has a positive rating is beyond me. I’m extraordinarily disappointed in my stay and will not be returning, I would suggest you do the same.

terrible from start to finish. first, I prepay for a reservation still asked me to put card on file while not authorizing it. so free credit card info just sitting in this desolate dump. 2nd, during check in I was asked if I had guest, I said yes. my reservation said for 2. not even in the room for 10 mins the front desk comes calling saying that I brought someone in the hotel. apparently they can't afford maids but can afford state of the art cameras. the robot at the front desk calledEASILY 10 times to the room and when is finally had enough and made the 3 trek to the front desk from my room, he comes flying down the hallway like he was gon do something!!! I'm just glad that the lord retransitioned me because that old man was about to have holy hands put on him. safe to say never staying again. It's dirty, roaches, and elevator from 1960. not worth two pennies.

Avoid this place unless you want an experience similar to the Shining in certain ways. Creepy, huge, smelly, horrible hotel with very few staying there.

Worst place to visit.
The stay at the delux was awful. No hot water for the tub , heater wouldn’t warm the room. No ice maker was working nowhere in the building, no guests are allowed, no smoking in the building this list can go on but you couldn’t give me a room there for free.

Pros: It was super cheap and quiet, and we didnt see any roaches, bed bugs, etc. The staff was really nice too, not sure why other people say theyre rude... the room itself was decently clean Cons: the building is in pretty bad shape, falling apart in places, and the common areas werent very clean. A lot of the hotel is inaccessible and none of the amenities work besides the vending machines. There arent any blankets per se, just sheets, but idk how clean a comforter would be so it may be a good thing. The bedding we had was clean though....It was also pretty creepy, idk if i couldve stayed there by myself (security seems ok though, triple locks on each room)

The hotel had water leaks all over the halls ways. The elevate was not working. The door to the stair well had screws in it. The room was not clean. My toddler found lighters on the floor and in drawers. The smoke detector was ripped off the wall in the room. There was a weird film in the bathtub. Needless to say my son and I left and went someone better and safer to sleep for the night. What a waste of money for a night.

You get what you pay for
Hated it. Nice looking place but not well taken care of, poor maintenance and ran like a slum motel. Not suitable for people with disabilities because they will not accommodate you with parking/rooms. Only way in is the front door and all other side doors are locked, elevators are not working properly, they put you rooms so far away that you have to walk out of your way to your vehicle, so you have to walk around the motel to get in. Room look nice but shower curtain rail broke, paint peeling, and tv channels kept freezing and losing signals. Overall I would not recommend this place unless they reinvest into it. I can tell it used to be a very nice hotel in the past but it looks like it was sold to a cheap independent owner and he/she does not care about making all the rooms available because the only rooms available to stay in were in the back and on second or third floor. I noticed a lot of empty rooms but they were selective on where they put you. I'm a disabled vet and I was very inconvenienced because I had already paid for the room before arriving but was placed on second floor and had to walk too far from my vehicle. Even tho the side door was relatively close to my room. Very inconsiderate

If I could get my money back I would there were stains on the curtains, lamp shades shower curtain looked lile blood stains didn't get any hot water and toilet would not flush without tey to over flow you can catch the elevator up but not down i see why the rate was cheap and no1 stays there can twll its family owned and runned they didn't communicate with us at allqorst hotel ever

The property was disgusting. The paint was peeling off the walls. The smell was awful. I found several insects including cockroaches. The manager was also extremely rude when i told him that i was not going to stay because of how gross the place was.

For starters the parking area was riddled with debris/trash. The lobby area smelled of tobacco smoke, which was surprising for a nonsmoking establishment. The carpet in the hallway was filthy and covered with stains. Once in the room I was disappointed that it smelled of tobacco just like the lobby. The carpet in the room was just as bad as the hallway. The biggest letdown was that the sheets appeared to be unclean and stained. I was so disappointed and uncomfortable that I left the facility and checked in elsewhere. Needless to say, I WILL NOT book a Deluxe Inn again!
