I got a comfortable and very clean room, if I have to say anything that is inconvenient to me is just the distance to the downtown of Dallas, but I like this hotel very much and will recommend my friends to have a try.

Pros: it is clean the food customer service
Cons: may be more options on breakfast food
Location: near to the places I visited
I enjoyed everything at your hotel. This was very near from my son's appartment , near to the freeway

Picked up from the Airport. Tidy Rooms. Great breakfast. We always have a nice stay in Grapevine.

3 night stay..perfect for our family of 3 get away

Location: 10 minutes from mall (which included Lego Land Discovery Center and SEA life aquarium) Nice food establishments within a 10-15 min radius.
There was a mix up with our room at first, but they fixed the issue quickly. Staff was okay. Didn't go out of their way to be too friendly but they weren't terrible either. Breakfast was good. Need more than one waffle maker though. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Would recommend this hotel to other people.

Close to airport.

A bit noisy but restaurants close by. Good for a night in or out of airport

Great overnight stay

Check-in was easy, room was clean and comfortable. Everything worked well. Glad to have a refrigerator w/ ice box. Breakfast was good and nice variety. Check-out was very easy.

Don't count on the shuttle

Would stay again - super clean and and very nice staff - here's the CATCH...if you are booking this for the convenient transportation, you need to know that the shuttle does NOT run all the time! They have limited hours and this fact is not mentioned on this site. They advised that the fare to the airport for the 2-3 mile trip is in excess of $25 sometimes up to $40? Don't do it if you need the shuttle.
