Trip to Minnesota

I was to leave Dallas on Thursday and return on Monday, I called ahead and asked about parking. The lady assured me that I was fine parking my car on their hotel. Well on the day I arrived at the hotel (Thursday) the lady at the front desk informed me that I had to be staying at the hotel in order for my car to be parked there. I would not be "STAYING" at the hotel until Monday night. Miscommunication at its finest. Luckily Eric was on duty and heard our conversation. He interjected and told me he was sorry about the misunderstanding and that he would personally taxi me over to the airport. I was told to park my car around back and he would meet me with the van. YEAH ERIC SAVED THE DAY and me about $50.
When I returned to Dallas on Monday night the hotel van came and picked me up, not sure of the lady's name but she was supper sweet, Lisa I believe. Robbie was at the front desk and got us checked in and was there to greet us when we left the hotel early the next morning.
I would definitely choose to stay at the hotel again and would give the crew that was there during my stay five STARS.
