This hotel was very nice! I was skeptical because of the star rating but the star rating didn’t do it justice. The room was clean and up to date, the restroom was as well. Breakfast was same breakfast as any other hotel with free breakfast. Breakfast area was spacious and staff kept it clean. The elevator did break down with some people inside so we just took the stairs the rest of our stay. We didn’t mind because we got some extra exercise in and we were on the 4th floor. The gym was very small and the treadmill and elliptical were out of service, we made it work though. Priority for me is cleanliness and room upkeep, which were both 5 stars.

The room was clean but had very bad lighting. The bathroom was very dark, and the bedroom only had one desk lamp. With the larger room, dual TVs would have been nice, and a wall mirror by the desk would have helped with getting ready in the mornings. The free breakfast ran out of food on both days. Sunday morning, by 9 a.m., they were out of everything except cereal and toast. The front desk staff was professional and courteous.

Decent place, but with a big event going on at one of the stadiums i would have assumed they would have shuttle service, but i was told it wasn't worth it for them. We were also not told about breakfast hours and when we went down in the morning they were closing up right at 9am. In fairness it did list the hours in a couple of places, but good customer service would tell you these things as you check in. We weren't told anything. Being someone that will be traveling up to Arlington numerous times this year, thos will be a place pf last resort.

Booked a double queen and when I got there was told that on Expedia that is considered a “request” and not always honored. I was still charged for the double price. Too late to find another place. Property was ok, room was ok, staff ok… They do have a shuttle that takes you to the stadium. That was the best part about the stay!

Everything was okay, the room smelled a little musty or as if someone had smoked in there. The toilet would run until you jiggled the handle and the bath water would not stop running completely. It was an okay stay but could have been better for sure.

We were pleased with our four night stay at Comfort Suites in Arlington. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and bed was quite comfortable. The hot breakfast was good and offered a variety of foods. We went for the Cotton Bowl game and took advantage of the shuttle service for $10/person. We would stay here again.

Pretty good value for the money
We've stayed here for the football state championships for a number of years, and have always enjoyed the very comfortable bed, cleanliness, and rate. This time we noticed that the room we were in had a sink that was very slow to drain, and the lights in the bathroom were insufficient. We've enjoyed the breakfast, but they didn't have peanut butter for chocolate milk (yes, we asked).
