There are a number of hotels in the area, and I think you would be best served to pick any other than this one. The pool is broken. The front desk lady was fine, but the guy in the evening was rude. The beeping fire detector woke the entire family up at 4 am and had to be disconnected. The police incident and operations in the parking lot put us on edge, not to mention the bloody napkin lying near the elevator. The cable was out for an entire afternoon/night. We were distracted by our purpose in the area, but this place is not cared for and the customer service sucked.

I wish we would have been given notice of the pool being closed during our trip before checking in. We stay at a hotel with a pool because of our kids and they were pretty disappointed. Also, the beds are quite uncomfortable. For the positive- all of the staff was wonderful and the breakfast was good!

Not what the pictures make it out to be. There was some kind of mold on the ceiling of my room. Also found a bug and pubes in the bathroom. The pool/hot tub water was dark and murky.

The overall hotel and the area around it was nice. Our pillows and sheets mostly had stains on them and one pillow even looked like it had mold on it? The shower was very low flow.

Our room was right above the pool so I’m not sure if that’s what made it smell moldy, but everything in the room was pretty stinky and our clothes and things all smelled after we left. The pool was nice and breakfast was good.

Second time in less than a month that the room I booked on Expedia was not what I got at the hotel. The hotel received a reservation for a king and I have my receipt for two beds. They were unable to fulfill my request. Not sure if I will use Expedia again since this was two different hotels with same issue!!!!!

My family and I stayed one night here over a weekend. The woman at the front desk when we arrived was dealing with a personal matter but handled it in a very unprofessional way as she check us in. When we went to go to sleep for the night our sheets had hair in them, crumbs, and various stains. The only other minor inconvenience was that some of the outlets in the room were loose and didn’t work with our standard iPhone chargers. Otherwise the beds were comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was great.

Our room still had dirty wash rags in the shower. Other people staying also had no towels or blankets on their beds. Front desk staff was decent minus the lady the was helping a customer next to me she just walked off without telling her where her room was.

Stayed here for a game at Toyota Stadium and will stay again if needed. Property itself was well kept and in a quiet area, felt safe. Hot tub was hot, pool was fun, beds were quite comfortable.
