BE AWARE

I made my reservation over a month ahead for a handicap room and when I got there there was no handicap room available until the next day and it was only available for a portion of my stay. So for half of my stay I had to stay in a regular room the witch was very uncomfortable and didn't have the amenities that I needed. I talk to the manager and staff several times to see if they could eat make more room equipped to help me and was told no to every question that I asked. I even requested just a hand shower in the regular room and was told no that that couldn't be done. There's only three handicap rooms for the whole hotel. BTW this is my 6th stay at this hotel and there's always been a problem. They offered no discount no concession nothing for having to move 3 times during my 4 night stay! My reservation meant nothing to them and neither did I apparently since no discount no nothing was made to compensate for their mistakes and my discomfort Please be aware just because you have a reservation does not mean that you will get what you ask for if handicapped be aware.

Convenient location, good price

There were yellow jackets in the room window but they didn't bother us. The toilet stopped up as well, but it fixed itself. It was a convenient location for us at a reasonable price and was a pleasant stay. Staff was helpful and nice. This was the second time we stayed here and we will stay again.

Hotel manager lied right to my face

Was able to leave a day early. GM told me I needed to deal with Expedia to settle bill and all would be ok. Expedia called to confirm authorization for refund & GM said, "no bill was discounted and I should have not used Expedia. Ur loss"!

Nice view of the lake on the east sand comfortable

Pretty nice breakfast and place to stay. Some mold on the wall by the tub though.

Cons: Air conditioner was making a wet area in the carpet.
Quite comfortable. Good staff. Good breakfast. Good stay.

Pros: Right near the lake and It is in a very convenient location
Cons: The size of the breakfast area... It was extremely crowded
me and my husband went for a mini vacation to see family and it was a nice stay

Ok room

We had to have the room keys rekeyed 3-4 times because they wouldn't work. The room had a musty smell and I'm allergic to mold/mildew. I think it came from the air conditioner. Was an okay room. I had hoped for a bit better view of the lake. Breakfast was decent.

Excellent Bed

Pros: I like the fact that this hotel was by Lake Ray Hubbard, and the area was quiet and nice. It was just a short drive to restaurants, and cool places.
Cons: I don't think anything needed to be improved
Location: I was there for my graduation, and there are a variety of things to do. There were plenty of restaurants and other fun things to do
My boyfriend and I stayed there for one night (July 30, 2016), and the bed was like heaven. The bed was nice and comfortable. We requested a lakeview room, and our request was met. The staff was nice, the room was nice, and the area was nice. Will definitely look into staying at the Comfort Suites in the near future.

we had to ask for soap at the desk for two days. The women who cleaned our room did not understand English.

Convenient and right of the highway.

I had a good experience! The hotel was clean and quiet. The breakfast was really good. I did have an issue with the ac, but the clerk moved me to anothet room right away and was very apologetic.
