The First Room had a roach..the one we moved to was actually not bad for the price..it was a little dated...but the sofa bed had zip ties holding up tue bottom structure...had to get some from the front desk...because my feet dropped down about 6 inches without them..well my mom ended up sleeping on the sofa bed..and the mattress was nothing but springs and very uncomfortable...the indoor pool was cold and dirty..had stuff floating on top..the hall had a smell..the breakfast was decent..the front desk staff..two in particular were nice but were unprofessional in thier speech and cussed in front of my young children..which i didnt appreciate..there were some sketch looking people in the parking lot and one starred us down until he had our attention and then asked for money...but i have stayed at worse

Awful smell in the elevator! Never saw housekeeping or even offered the option. The hotel is run down and breakfast leaves much to be desired!

It was a peaceful night, beds were very comfortable to sleep. Appreciated that the bathroom had plenty of towels that were soft. Loved the adjustable temperature in the room.

Let me begin by saying the front desk staff is AMAZING. So efficient. So wonderful. So welcoming. The sheets and towels were SO CLEAN and crisp and wonderful. The breakfast was GREAT and area was CLEAN! But the armchair and couch in the room were too dirty and broken down to sit on. It definitely needs a shampoo and I can’t imagine having someone sleep on it or the pullout. The parking was FREE but really could have been better lit. If you’re a woman traveling alone or with small kids I don’t recommend.

Excellent hotel; recommended.
This hotel has everything you need; microwave, fridge, clean towels, lots of hot water and a good breakfast including sausages, scrambled eggs and waffles. We found nothing to criticise.

Right from the time we entered the property there was a very strong smell in the air from the super old carpets and moisture and mold trapped in them. The disposable plates provided for breakfast could barely hold a tiny muffin. Only person nice in the staff was the breakfast kitchen lady.

Our first night, they give us a room that smell like smoke. It’s smell so bad and I’m currently pregnant. I couldn’t sleep. I open the window and it doesn’t work. The next day the staff give us another room that was much better. The staff was friendly.

What i liked is the convenience of been close to everything. What i didn't liked : The room smells like fish smell, you can feel the moisture in the carpet and the smell is horrible, smells very bad . the bathroom door dosen't close, i called front desk and let them know, they said they will fix it. I never heard from them again. I wouldn't recommend this Comfort Suites at Dallas.

It Wasn’t The Best…
I was very disappointed in the hotel experience as a whole. Check in was fine until I was told by the clerk that I had to pay an additional 150 room deposit to ensure I wouldn’t smoke in the room.
