good place

hotel staff were friendly and very accommodating. the hotel is in need of some work and updating but we were told they were in the process of up grading

Buena ubicación cerca de estadios

Pros: Ubicación y atención del personal.
Cons: Áreas comunes y las alfombras, dan una impresión de viejo y sucio.
El hotel es sencillo, confortable aunque un poco viejo, les urge cambiar las alfombras. La atención del personal es buena, son amables. El general es un hotel medio pero que está en muy buena ubicación para ir a los estadios de los Vaqueros de Dallas o Texas Rangers. Si lo que buscas es solamente un lugar para dormir y estar fuera todo el día, este es el sitio.

Safety concerns for the solo traveler

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: reviewing safety concerns for a solo female traveler with staff would be a good start
Location: nearby IHOP is fine and convenient.
Small room and bathroom. I did not get a room anything like the photo. When the clerk rekeyed my keycards without asking for my id and announced my room number in front of other patrons I decided to cut my stay short due to security concerns. Hotel allowed me to check out after 3 nights but would not refund the last 2 nights nor would Expedia assist after saying they would. Paid for 5 nights and Expedia fees for 5 nights but only used 3. No refund even though I gave Expedia and the hotel my reason for checking out. Terrible experience. Never use Expedia again or go near this hotel. Homeless people wandered in for breakfast on morning 2 of the stay. Hotel clerk had to run them out.

Way over priced for this hotel

Location: Location was good for what we did but I would have stayed farther away for a better place
The place smelled ac didn't work tub didn't drain elavator was broke

Going the extra mile for a room with A/C

Location: Was close to the stadium and we were there for the game. The mileage was 3.97 miles from the Stadium. They did serve breakfast and smelled good.
When we arrived and checked-in the front desk lady was very friendly. Once we got to our room the A/C was not working. We called the front desk and they had the maintenance man come to our room. He got it working but it didn't stay working. We went downstairs and asked the front desk if we could have another room??? I wasn't sure if we would get another room since they were booked for the Cowboys vs Eagles game. The front desk lady went ahead and gave us a different room. I was very pleased!!!

Pros: The staff was friendly
Cons: Needs updated
Location: The only sit down restaurant near by was IHOP.
The staff was friendly but only one elevator worked part of the time. Needs updated. Looked kinda run-down. Went to go eat before we checked out at 10 and the hot breakfast was already put up and was suppose to be till 10:30.

The staff was nice but not comfortable

Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is also close to sixflags which was nice. Also you get 20% off at IHOP with your room key. Sweet!
Cons: Bed was uncomfortable and room was small for price paid. I was excited for breakfast and it just ended up being HORRIBLE! By far the worst I've ever had at a hotel. Thought this was a suite. I did not feel like I was in a suite.

Looks they just bought this hotel and haven't renovated it yet, was very dissatisfied with this stay

Very disrespectful front clerk

They clerk at the front desk was rude, she gave us the wrong room and when asked for the room that we reserved we were told that wouldn't happen because they didn't have any more! Very unhappy with our experience

No Soap?

Pros: no bed bugs. clean sheets. had AC and hot water. Staff very polite.
Location: many places to eat. very close to convention center and ball park.
For two of the three nights stay at the hotel, there was no soap, shampoo etc. I had to go to the nearest convenience store to purchase soap and shampoo. I was unable to locate a drugstore until the next day because it was so late and I was exhausted. the numbers on the doors were written on a piece of paper. the wall paper was peeling. no refrigerator or microwave in the rooms. I was very surprised and disappointed because I've used this chain in the past and had not had an experience like this. outlets far from the bed. Was not aware that the hotel is being renovated until I saw a sign down the hall from the lobby. it was easy to miss.
