For two of the three nights stay at the hotel, there was no soap, shampoo etc. I had to go to the nearest convenience store to purchase soap and shampoo. I was unable to locate a drugstore until the next day because it was so late and I was exhausted. the numbers on the doors were written on a piece of paper. the wall paper was peeling. no refrigerator or microwave in the rooms. I was very surprised and disappointed because I've used this chain in the past and had not had an experience like this. outlets far from the bed. Was not aware that the hotel is being renovated until I saw a sign down the hall from the lobby. it was easy to miss.
