AC wasn't very cold, and the elevator was kind of scary, but it was a good experience overall. I would stay there again

Just OK

Pros: The location and price.
Cons: More professionally looking staff and the outer building appearance need some curb appeal.
Location: Restaurants.
The hotel looks old and creepy from the outside. There were construction going on inside the hotel. The parking lot is very small. I did not see or hear anyone else while staying there other than the two people at the front desk. It doesn't seem like many people stay there. The exercise room is very small with only about 4 or 5 pieces of equipment. The two ladies working at the front desk did not look professionally or like they actually worked there. One of them was pregnant and did not have on appropriate attire at the top.

Never again

Decided to give this hotel a chance since it was rated a 3 stars and I regret it! Unfortunately I couldn't cancel because it was non refundable. For the price I expected a microwave and small refrigerator but to my surprise I didn't have any. Then I asked for a crib and it was filthy and smelled like urine and wasn't sturdy at all so I called the front and that's all they had. They were remodeling but it wasn't a big difference. The rooms are so small. I've never experienced this and I sure learned my lesson! Never again

Hotel Not ready

I had a great experience in the past with this chain, but this hotel was terrible. It should have never been listed since it's still under renovation. The smell of the paint was every where in the hotel. Rooms didn't have refrigerators, bathrooms not vents and I found insects in my room.

The overall stay was pretty good. The only problem is left my credit cards and gift cards there by accident when we checked out. I know my fault. I came back an hour later to get it and they were gone. So I guess if you leave something of importance don't expect it back.

We stayed in the midst of the remodeling construction so I'm assuming the hotel will be much nicer once the renovations are complete, however looking at the condition of the building and facilities it was very clear why they were needed in the first place.

Musty smell.

Location was good, but I think the place was an old building that was remodeled for a hotel. Had a stinky musty smell in the elevators and in the room. Staff just "went through the motions". They did not seem happy to be working or having customers.

Under Much needed renovation-avoid

I,too,looked at the rating instead of recent comments. What a surprise when I arrived. Not your expected Country Inn and Suites. Lobby and breakfast room are almost renovated, but the rest of motel is not. Small rooms and smaller bathroom. No microwave or refrigerator. I strongly suggest waiting to stay here till it's completely finished. Overpriced for the condition of the current rooms and hallways. Did appreciate the complimentary airport shuttle and nice front desk and breakfast staff.
