We have always stayed here. The major problem is that we were in a room on the second floor (263 I think) that required us to use the elevator and walk a long long way. I am 86 and it was difficult. We will probably bite the bullet and stay at Lowes on our next baseball trip.

For the amount of money we spent we should have gotten breakfast! And then have to pay extra for parking was ridiculous. And not valet parking but self parking. The hotel was nice but way overpriced.

We have stayed here before and for the conference we were attending at another location, this hotel was in a perfect location. The staff are also friendly and the rooms were nice and clean. We will be back same time next year.

Busy weekend but please staff appropriately. Couldn't check in to our room until after football game so couldn’t get ready before game. No discount, amenities or even apology or explanation offered other than we are running behind. Bad business.

Frustrating
We did Mobil check in the morning of our arrival with check in time at 3pm When we arrived we were told it would be 1.5 to 2 hours before a room was ready, We had planned to check in at 3 and get ready (after driving for 3.5/4 hours) to go to the Cowboys game. I had to change in the lobby bathroom stall and my husband & son switched their shirts and such in the lobby. We didn't get to check in until after the game. Very frustrating. I feel like the hotel should have planned better, been better prepared for game day.

This hotel was not clean and front staff was horrible. I understand it was the NFL game but still. It looked like a cheap hotel 6 on the inside the lobby was nice.

I was given a handicapped room without requesting it or asked if it was ok. The bed was wow low to the floor. The shower was open and water would drip all over after shower even if curtain was used. Outdated room.

I had a really good time, the pool was awesome! It was cold outside but the water was really warm indoor and out. There was plenty of towels and it was really clean. The room was comfortable and parking was good.

I liked the pool. The staff at bistro could have been more friendly. And the front desk at departure was rude. My room key locked me out while loading my car and the front desk person acted like I was trying to get in the room without permission.

Great service at arrival as we were a little early and had to wait about 30 minutes to check in. We stayed in one of the recently updated king rooms. It was was very fresh and clean. Bed was super comfortable. Only draw back is bad acoustics in that area and heard every door slam one evening. Otherwise great stay and value.
