The room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was over the top GOOD! It was central to where I wanted to go. I liked the grocery store across the street. It has a beautiful view, it was quiet for the most part.

Great airport hotel

Pros: Nice staff, clean rooms, quiet atmosphere.
Cons: The bed seemed a little lumpy - soft in some spots and hard in others. Typically the beds in Marriotts are great, so this was an anomaly.
Location: Close to the airport - not sure what else is nearby.
This hotel is a ten-minute drive from the airport and has free parking, free wifi, and a free airport shuttle. The room was clean and quiet. Wish I'd had time to use the pool or exercise room, but I arrived very late and left very early. Staff was friendly and helpful. This will be my go-to hotel when going in and out of DFW!

Mold and Mildew

Pros: The staff are great, and willing to help you if you have an issue. Also having the Bistro and room service is nice when you are too tired to go out.
Cons: Add more menu items to the room service menu. Clean up the mold and mildew smell in the rooms. Train housekeeping to double check before entering.
Location: The location is great if you are in Dallas on Business, very close to the DFW airport. Food, entertainment, etc. is very close by.
I normally stay at this hotel when in DFW due to its proximity to my customers. However on this stay the room was less than what I would expect from this hotel. The room itself had a very strong mold/mildew smell and it was difficult to tell where it was coming from. The hotel staff were great as usual, however the housekeepers were relentless. Only a short knock at the door and they are coming in. The last time this happened they almost caught me standing there naked just after getting out of the shower.

Cons: Checking in multiple rooms for guests coming in from the airport at different times was difficult as staff continued to change and alter information
Hotel was clean, pleasant, friendly. Pool was nice as well as the outdoor seating area. Close to airport for commuting to and from for flights.

Nice Hotel in Irving, Texas

Pros: Rooms are very nice
Cons: The mattresses were very soft.
Check in was not informative at all, signed check in paper got key. No explanation of breakfast or anything else.
