Im giving bad review on staff because I paid for a Friday night into a Saturday morning. And got there Friday morning at 330 am. Got a room of course, and they charged me double for 3 nights. When I had already paid for my stay Friday night stay. And I have yet to receive my refund from the property.

Overnight Family Visit
Efficient check in, convenient location, nice room that was close to side door and vehicle for unloading/loading. The mattress was outstanding!! Coffee maker in the room, too. We opted for continental breakfast, and breakfast sandwiches and coffee was very good. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

We did not like the property at all. There were roaches on the floor and walls, there was water damage all over, no trash bags in trash cans the bottle of water in our room was already opened and used. We couldn't even use it to make coffee. it wax a bad experience and wish we could get a refund.

When I went to check in I was told by the woman behind the desk that they were changing shifts and that the gentleman would assist me. I waited for a few minutes when a woman came to check in and was taken care of by the woman who told me she could not help me. Instead of taking me first she helped the other woman first leaving me waiting for the gentleman to be ready to take care of me. I was not happy to be ignored like that. Also why would you change shifts at check in time and not have other staff ready to step in immediately.

Stayed here befor and was great. This time the towels were dirty/used in the bathroom when we went to use them. When asked the maid, she said no English and signaled no towels.

Wifi was out the entire stay, when I called the front desk to extend my stay 2 days, they said it was taken care of, but the next morning they kicked us out! Said they didn't have the extra 2 days down and they were booked.

I booked a king suite with a double sofa bed. The sofa bed was twin size and the staff said they had no bedding for it luckily we had some blankets. There was supposed to be breakfast and there wasnt at all because the starbucks employee didnt show up. Went to wash my families clothes and after going thru a maze to find it a sign said i had to get a token fron front desk. I asked front desk for tokens and was told it was under renovation and couldnt be used but to me it didnt look like it there was no sign or anything that would indicate renovations were being done. The night staff was very short and snappy with any questions we had.

The shower in my room did not work, they stated they would repair at the next day. When I arrive to the next day, the shower still did not work, and when I mentioned it to the front desk, they said the maintenance man lives an hour away so there’s nothing that they could do. They let me shower in a room that was still dirty from somebody else checking out in the meantime. There was no Internet service on all three of the networks that they recommended trying. Staff disappeared several times for 10 minutes at a time when trying to figure out a solution. Overall, it was a pretty bad experience and I won’t be staying at a Marriott again.

This was great stay for me and my fiancé. We had a 4 night stay and I don’t have a complaint about it. Awesome area to be in, I would most definitely recommend.

Over all good stay just horribly dust everywhere
Room was very dusty like extremely dusty you could tell stag did best minimum of cleaning, it was obvious they only cared about areas people would Most likely see or use anything above 5 feet off the ground isn’t wiped down or dusted

I'm only giving a 4 stars because the walls are super thin literally felt like i was in the other room listening to them talk. The room smelled like mold. The burger that they sell at the bar/diner in the lobby should not be on the menu. That was the worst burger or lack there of I've ever had. Other than those things it was good stay.
