Heater/AC controls adjusted and set by hotel staff. So, you need to call maintenance for temperature adjustment which would have been nice to know prior as we thought the heater just didn't work or took time to heat-up on a cold night. Housekeeping agreed to come back and clean our room as we were getting ready to leave for a bit but they never did. Breakfast chef (which was an added expense) not very friendly. Two light bulbs were out when we arrived and in locations which were needed especially at night.

Cons: Everything...
Do not stay here. Hotel room was not clean. There was food in the fridge left over from the people before, sheets were scratchy and did not fit the bed ( they came off...), indoor pool was freezing, pool towels were not stalked, had to request for shampoo and creamer in 3 different calls, daughter left a toy there and i was told that no one will be able to look in lost in found for 48 hours and that they will NOT make a friendly call to ask the guests staying there to take a look.. Oh, lets not forget to mention the knife left on the coffee pot covered with pie substance. Hotel staff was not helpful and seemed as customers ( including others at the help desk were a bother). I will never stay at a Crowne Plaza again

Outdated, Dirty!

Hotel needs renovation and remodeling ! Hotel room was not clean and A/C and heat did not work well. Had to get maintenance to come to adjust air and it still worked poorly. You were either hot or cold no in between! I will not be back here again!

Decent hotel close to the Market area. It is a little tired and dated and the rooms are a bit tight but clean and worth what we paid for it.

I had a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza, and the front desk staff is nice
